"The room was clean and hygienic, and the tatami mat was very spacious. The location is also quite convenient for getting a taxi. It's relatively close to Qilou Old Street. The service attitude was excellent, and someone was there to greet us even when we checked in late at night. The restaurant downstairs was also delicious. Overall, it was great, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!"

"Our last night in Hainan, with a flight at noon the next day, we wanted to stay near the airport. We stumbled upon this hotel, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. After using Ctrip points, our last night in a king room was 139, including breakfast for two. The room was quite spacious with all the basic amenities, and the breakfast was decent. Occasionally, you could hear planes at night, but that's to be expected when you're so close to the airport. For this price, what more could you ask for?"

GGuest UserI originally chose this hotel because it was 'about to become a Fairmont,' and even though the sign outside no longer says that, my overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hardware was particularly surprising: the hotel extensively uses carpeting, both in the rooms and public areas. Knowing that maintaining carpets in a high-humidity, high-salinity coastal area is extremely difficult (most seaside hotels opt for wood or tile floors – I still remember the indescribable smell at The Royal Begonia, a Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya), the carpet condition in my room this stay was excellent. It's clear they put a lot of effort into maintenance, especially for a hotel that's already nearly 20 years old (or even older?). Check-in was seamless (I didn't catch the name of the kind lady who helped me). There was also a follow-up call to the room after I settled in, which very few hotels do. While the hotel's pool isn't huge, it's very well-designed, encircling the garden with both deep and shallow areas. Seating is well-spaced out (unlike the packed rows at Sheraton, for instance), offering a genuine resort feel where guests can relax without disturbing each other. Swimming and sunbathing there were very pleasant. From the pool, you can walk out to the seaside boardwalk, which leads all the way down to Wuyuanhe National Wetland Park. It's perfect for an evening stroll or a morning workout. Coming back from a run along the beach in the morning and then soaking in the hot spring really brings on that holiday vibe. Even though it hasn't become a Fairmont yet, the hospitality lives up to the 'Royal Service' mentioned on the phone. Thank you for the hospitality, and special thanks to Megan for her thoughtful touch. For someone who loves carpets and a resort atmosphere, this is a place in Haikou worth relaxing at, and I'd definitely want to come back again.

BBeiwennuandexiaogongzhu、A friend recommended this hotel, and booking through Ctrip yielded excellent value. The hotel itself felt like being nestled in a scenic spot. The surrounding area was quiet and the environment was lovely.
Service: The hotel's overall service deserves a thumbs up, especially the butler, Lin Shirui 👍. From the moment we entered the room to the duty-free shop coupons and small hotel gifts, everything was meticulously prepared – very thoughtful.
Highly recommended!

AAndré _285It is located near the sea shore and simultaneously you can swim in the swimming pool between 4 and 10 pm. The personal in the hotel is really friendly, but all communication is only possible with translator.
They offer nice breakfast with wide different dishes and allow to stay a little bit longer after official check out. The hotel is easy reachable from airport by bus number 3.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the beginning of May while my kids (ages 9 and 11) were on school break. They loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, the springs and the breakfast and dinner buffets. The sushi restaurant is also good. The kids liked the slides and obstacle course in the pool area. There are so many springs here, with varying temperatures so you can choose to soak in cold ones or hot ones. And they are broken into regions (Asia, Europe, America, Africa). The service we received was great. Everyone was very helpful. Jordon in particular was very clear in communicating with me about what was included with our booking and how to access those items. There were a lot of other families at the resort since it was a holiday time but it was not too crowded. Would definitely recommend it to others. Close by is Mission Hills Centreville (retail shopping area), Feng Xiaogang Movie Town (featuring recreated old Chinese movie sets) and Splash City (a large water park). When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

GGuest UserThis is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are quite good. I booked a family room, which came with three single beds. The original room probably had two, and the additional bed wasn't a foldable one, it was just like a regular bed, which was a nice touch. The view from the king-size room is as shown in the picture – it doesn't compare to Sanya or Wanning, but it's decent enough considering the price.
However, there are a couple of things I need to complain about: 1. The light switch in our room stopped working one evening, already past midnight. I had to call the front desk to get a technician to fix it. Thankfully, it was fixed quickly, but it was quite frustrating late at night. 2. Out of the three guest elevators, it seemed like only one was working. We kept using the same one repeatedly, and the waiting times were incredibly long, which significantly impacted our experience.

Changying Global 100 Fantawild Wonderland (First Entry Ticket): The park is a bit far, but if you have some free time, it's worth checking out. The overall environment was pleasant. I went during the off-peak season, which made the price very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

LLiudmila KuznetsovaA gorgeous hotel. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway away from it all. We stayed in a beautiful tropical botanical garden, beautiful grounds, swimming pools (one sports, one children's, and fish for pedicures). The breakfasts were fantastic – they had everything, both European and local. The girls at reception were very helpful, offering directions, and even calling a taxi at my request (I happened to be without a phone line and only had cash; I couldn't link my card to the app), for which I'm very grateful. It's the first time I've seen a real king-size bed; the three of us slept very comfortably, there's a huge balcony, and convenient drying racks.
The hotel cafe has delicious dumplings for 28Y – suitable for children; they're diet-friendly because they're steamed, and you can add spices to taste. I didn't go to the restaurant for dinner; every other dish was missing, and the prices are like in a good restaurant. What I would add to the hotel:
- It's a shame the hot tubs with mineral springs haven't been working for a long time;
- All Europeans and Russians need the sea and beach first and foremost, but in China, there's no sun lounger culture, unfortunately, on the beach, and the hotel seems to be geared exclusively toward Chinese people. 🤷 They even put up a sign saying swimming is prohibited, which kind of scared us at first (this was to deflect the responsibility of not having a lifeguard). Without the sea, we wouldn't need you. We swam all day, enjoying the sea. Look at how empty the beach is, it's priceless;
- The advertised cafe on the beach hasn't been open for a long time and sits dismal, losing revenue. The folding chairs, which were abundant, are unusable, and the employee took mine away from me harshly.
- The nearest store (for fruit and yogurt, for example) and cafes are about 1 km away, so I didn't give the hotel a full 5 stars; I gave it 4 stars because of the location. To buy something worthwhile, we went to the snack street—it's a local landmark. We took a taxi (~20 Yen). I think you could take bus number 9 from the hotel, but the stop is very far from the hotel—why?
We found a really cool cafe on the corner (~1 km away) where the action is. For 15 Yen, any dish is large and delicious (last photo).
I had a very budget-friendly vacation like never before, and the quality was excellent.

GGuest UserThis time, I brought my beloved son to the Vickers Hotel. He loved it. He said the owner was so nice to him, playing with him and giving him candy. He absolutely loved her. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The quilt and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. He fell asleep in seconds and woke up the next day, saying, ”Mom, this is so comfortable! I'll stay here again next time!” I smiled and nodded, ”Of course!”
