Guest UserThis was my second stay at Z奢 in Haikou, and the hotel staff were as welcoming as ever. From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids – you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

The guest rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and gentle lighting, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The lobby is expansive, featuring marble floors and exquisite chandeliers, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

Guest UserSofitel was our top choice when we visited Hainan last year, and we made the same excellent decision this year. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience, especially the attentive service from the executive lounge and front desk staff. They prepared our room according to our needs in advance. It's a great option for a transit stay when arriving or departing the island. Highly recommend!

Guest UserStaying at the Haikou State Guesthouse this trip was beyond my expectations! Especially the service attitude of the hotel staff – they proactively upgraded my room, which was fantastic. And Xiao Meng at the front desk made my stay very pleasant. It was also very clean, though the facilities are a bit old, given how long the hotel has been open. I really enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was excellent too!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out.
Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean.
Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty.
Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

Guest UserThis summer, I took my family and kids on a trip along the eastern coast of Hainan, starting from Beijing. Our first stop was Haikou. After comparing several hotels, we chose Pullman. We initially planned to visit Qilou Old Street, but due to the rain, we drove directly from the airport to the hotel with our rental car. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and answered all our questions. Although the hotel's exterior and room facilities aren't brand new, the river view from the window was beautiful, and the courtyard was lush green. Eating breakfast while surrounded by the tropical greenery was very pleasant. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and drinks, all to our liking. While not perfect, I would still consider staying at the Pullman again on my next visit to Haikou.

The location is excellent; downstairs is a walking park with a view of Century Bridge 🌉. It's also quite close to Yundong Academy. The swimming pool offers great views while you swim. We received a complimentary baby food item, which the restaurant swapped for a delicious steamed egg with minced meat and mushrooms, and my little brother ate a lot of it. The room was spacious, but the facilities felt a bit dated, possibly due to an older renovation. Lobby manager Xiao Yu was very kind and even gave us a souvenir when we left.

donnaxu0756I was planning a two-day weekend getaway in Haikou and wanted to pick a five-star hotel with an executive lounge. After much deliberation, I chose The Langham. However, upon arrival, I found out the lounge was under renovation and service was moved to the lobby bar. Nobody informed me of this when I made the reservation. Trip.com's solution was for me to cancel my executive seaview room and rebook a basic city view room with breakfast, while still keeping my original seaview room. I accepted this.
What I liked: The high floor offers unbeatable sea views, the cleanliness was excellent, soundproofing was great, the bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was also good.
Areas for improvement: No butler proactively contacted me. The room's furniture layout was a bit odd; the cabinet placed alone in the middle of the room felt out of place. The coffee provided was drip coffee, so I couldn't figure out the purpose of the French press.
The overall hotel style is suitable for women and leans towards business travelers.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new and the hygiene is well-maintained. I particularly liked the design of the bathroom and walk-in closet; it's spacious and has a great wet/dry separation. The breakfast selection was decent, with most essential items available. If you go early, it's less crowded and the staff are very prompt with their service. Even if it gets busy later, they proactively help you find a seat, so there's no issue of fighting for tables.
However, there was a small hiccup. Around 10 AM, while I was still sleeping, a staff member repeatedly knocked and rang the doorbell, saying they wanted to clean the room, which woke me up. After complaining to guest services, they offered to send a fruit platter, but since I was about to leave, I declined. What's unbelievable is that when I returned to my room in the evening, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned at all.

Anonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
