GGuest UserStepping into the room, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows framed the 'private beach' perfectly, like a painting! In the evening, sitting by the window watching the sea, enjoying a cozy moment by the bathtub, with coconut trees, white tents, and beach umbrellas outside. The sound of waves mixed with the evening breeze felt like stepping into a holiday scene from a movie.
The old pottery jar was brimming with pink flowers, and tall palm trees provided ample shade. Posing for photos with the sea as a backdrop, my straw hat and green backpack instantly created that 'island vibe' in every shot.
The beach was equally stunning: crystal-clear water, soft golden sand, and small fishing boats gently beached. In the distance, a few fishing figures dotted the horizon. Walking barefoot on the sand, watching the clouds drift by, all my worries were swept away by the sea breeze.
From the meticulous landscape design and the romantic sea views from the room, to the relaxed beach terrace, this guesthouse truly embodied the 'island dream' in every single detail. Staying here, I finally understood what it means to 'live life poetically and give your holiday back to the sea.' Coming here during my pregnancy, with convenient pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly helpful!

MMkiodosThis hotel is super close to Haikou East Station, just a short walk away. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free and were very friendly. I had an early flight the next morning, so I checked out around 5 AM. I'd pre-booked their complimentary airport shuttle, and it dropped me off right at the terminal entrance. I'd definitely recommend this as a transit stop for both tourists and business travelers.

GGuest UserI returned to Haikuo after many years and was surprised by the hotel's exceptional value. The pool was clean and uncrowded, the security guard was very friendly, and the front desk was also very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and you could cook your own meals. Grocery shopping was also convenient nearby. Overall, this hotel had everything you'd expect from a high-end hotel, offering a high-quality travel experience at a reasonable price.

NNuonuo0113@I had a particularly satisfying stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The lobby is clean and grand, and check-in was very quick. The staff were all gentle and polite. The room was spotless and well-laid out, with soft, skin-friendly bedding – I could literally feel the travel fatigue melt away as soon as I lay down. The bathroom facilities were in perfect condition, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The overall sound insulation was great; it was very quiet at night, leading to excellent sleep quality. It's suitable for both leisure travel and a short stopover. The value for money is top-notch, and it's definitely on my re-book list. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThis place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror.
I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free.
Special thanks to
1) the Front Desk staff. All of them.
2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day.
On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks.
My best wishes and thanks to this hotel, its staff and management!

GGuest UserStayed for two consecutive days. The environment was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to Qilou Old Street and Jiefang West Road, perfect for a stroll to soak in the local culture and scenery! The only downside was that the breakfast was the same every day.

GGuest UserI booked this room last minute for a business trip, and it really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were so kind, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, with no complicated procedures at all. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. From the reception to the room service, everything was top-notch. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

There are also robots that can deliver food, there is an ice machine at the front desk, and a gym, full of details.

GGuest UserOk so this is another B&B home stay that I tried after staying for one night in an overpriced one next door. This is better price wise but much worse in terms of cleanliness and overall care for the place. My room had previous guests hair, plastic wrapping my, a used juice bottle in the fridge and no toilet paper. And also overall for a new place, it looked very run down. I cut my stay short as a result.
This stretch of the beach is nice and all these home stays are decent accommodations for like a B&B or Homestay style. Same issues - village is quiet during the hot day and literally nothing to do as there are no swimming pools or gyms or spas or anything really around. Street stalls open in the evening when Sun comes down. This place is also overpriced although much less so than the previous one. Sgd68/night for a room with direct ocean view. Much better than Sgd125/night one next door.
Overall recommendation - unless u are Chinese or speak fluent Chinese and don’t mind staying in the room all day reading or doing nothing, while watching the ocean, don’t recommend to stay here.
I got a good deal at Holidays Inn nearby for sgd50/night with good breakfast included top floor. Not luxurious and needs some maintenance too, but at least has a gym, a restaurant, and a sky pool.
Overall disappointing experience @ this rongshangliao village.
