The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. MMkiodosThis hotel is super close to Haikou East Station, just a short walk away. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free and were very friendly. I had an early flight the next morning, so I checked out around 5 AM. I'd pre-booked their complimentary airport shuttle, and it dropped me off right at the terminal entrance. I'd definitely recommend this as a transit stop for both tourists and business travelers.

The pool was clean and uncrowded, the security guard was very friendly, and the front desk was also very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and you could cook your own meals. Grocery shopping was also convenient nearby. Overall, this hotel had everything you'd expect from a high-end hotel, offering a high-quality travel experience at a reasonable price.

HHengxinyayaThe hotel was really good, and the room was quite spacious. They offered free breakfast with a good variety of options. Besides the complimentary bottled water in the room, there were also free drinks available at the front desk. In the evenings, they provided free congee (this time it was mung bean soup), which was a nice touch. We arrived late and couldn't find a parking spot, so they directed us to a parking lot about 100 meters away and reimbursed our parking fee, which was very considerate. Xiao Hong (a staff member) also had a great attitude. Thumbs up!

The front desk staff were so kind, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, with no complicated procedures at all. AAnonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
