Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, especially if you're looking to visit Qilou Old Street. It's a short walk away, and once you get there, you'll find plenty of fruit vendors and small shops to explore for a long time, plus all the popular photo spots.

MkiodosThis hotel is super close to Haikou East Station, just a short walk away. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free and were very friendly. I had an early flight the next morning, so I checked out around 5 AM. I'd pre-booked their complimentary airport shuttle, and it dropped me off right at the terminal entrance. I'd definitely recommend this as a transit stop for both tourists and business travelers.

My stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, with a tidy and spacious lobby. The room itself was very roomy, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bed was soft, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in. They were also patient in answering any questions I had. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and many dining options, making it perfect for getting around and exploring. Overall, it offers great value for money. I felt completely at ease and relaxed during my stay. It's an excellent choice for business trips or leisure travel, and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay especially if you like to cook your own food. The facility was clean. The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. The kitchen was great. Main negative point was they had no supplies. There was a stove but no pots or pans or utensils.. There were tea cups. It was pretty bare. We had friends who lent us some items so we could prepare our own food. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning units worked well. There was a washing machine to do laundry and hangers to hang your clothes to dry if needed. We had a new set of towels every day. If you are planning on cooking, the trash can was too small for my daughter and I. The internet worked great. We were there during two typhoons. We lost electricity twice but it was restored pretty quickly. Although shallow, there was a small pool that was deep enough to swim laps. It was on the shallow end. However, it was only open from 4pm-8pm. We would have liked to swim after lunch in the afternoon. There is an amazing Coffee Shop called Sweet Aroma just in front of the hotel/apt with great food and coffee. It is located within walking distance of the main road - easy to catch a taxi. There was a great walkway near the ocean or water outlet. We enjoyed going for walks by the water. There was an open market not too far from the hotel/apt. We rented an e-bike and the hotel/apt did have a locked area to park our bike. We would definitely go there again!

This place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror.
I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free.
Special thanks to
1) the Front Desk staff. All of them.
2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day.
On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks.
My best wishes and thanks to this hotel, its staff and management!

Guest UserStayed for two consecutive days. The environment was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to Qilou Old Street and Jiefang West Road, perfect for a stroll to soak in the local culture and scenery! The only downside was that the breakfast was the same every day.

I booked this room last minute for a business trip, and it really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were so kind, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, with no complicated procedures at all. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. From the reception to the room service, everything was top-notch. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Guest UserThe hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a great location and convenient transportation. The room is clean and neat, and the area is good. They even helped me upgrade my room. The facilities are also complete, and it's very convenient to shop nearby. This price is great value for money, and there's a laundry room. I'm satisfied. Chen

Guest UserThe environment is elegant and quiet, the transportation is convenient, the details of the candy are full, the living is super comfortable, the projection can be made, the experience is very good, and the park and amusement facilities are opposite. There are also robots that can deliver food, there is an ice machine at the front desk, and a gym, full of details.

Guest UserOk so this is another B&B home stay that I tried after staying for one night in an overpriced one next door. This is better price wise but much worse in terms of cleanliness and overall care for the place. My room had previous guests hair, plastic wrapping my, a used juice bottle in the fridge and no toilet paper. And also overall for a new place, it looked very run down. I cut my stay short as a result.
This stretch of the beach is nice and all these home stays are decent accommodations for like a B&B or Homestay style. Same issues - village is quiet during the hot day and literally nothing to do as there are no swimming pools or gyms or spas or anything really around. Street stalls open in the evening when Sun comes down. This place is also overpriced although much less so than the previous one. Sgd68/night for a room with direct ocean view. Much better than Sgd125/night one next door.
Overall recommendation - unless u are Chinese or speak fluent Chinese and don’t mind staying in the room all day reading or doing nothing, while watching the ocean, don’t recommend to stay here.
I got a good deal at Holidays Inn nearby for sgd50/night with good breakfast included top floor. Not luxurious and needs some maintenance too, but at least has a gym, a restaurant, and a sky pool.
Overall disappointing experience @ this rongshangliao village.
