Stepping into the room, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows framed the 'private beach' perfectly, like a painting! In the evening, sitting by the window watching the sea, enjoying a cozy moment by the bathtub, with coconut trees, white tents, and beach umbrellas outside. The sound of waves mixed with the evening breeze felt like stepping into a holiday scene from a movie. The old pottery jar was brimming with pink flowers, and tall palm trees provided ample shade. Posing for photos with the sea as a backdrop, my straw hat and green backpack instantly created that 'island vibe' in every shot. The beach was equally stunning: crystal-clear water, soft golden sand, and small fishing boats gently beached. In the distance, a few fishing figures dotted the horizon. Walking barefoot on the sand, watching the clouds drift by, all my worries were swept away by the sea breeze. From the meticulous landscape design and the romantic sea views from the room, to the relaxed beach terrace, this guesthouse truly embodied the 'island dream' in every single detail. Staying here, I finally understood what it means to 'live life poetically and give your holiday back to the sea.' Coming here during my pregnancy, with convenient pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly helpful!

This hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, which is super convenient. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and attentive. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the decor is quite new too. They even offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a really thoughtful touch! Even though my stay was brief, I really appreciate their dedication. Had a great experience. Wishing you all the best and booming business!

Because of a concert, I couldn't book a king-size bed room on the first day. Customer service agent Xiao Lei upgraded me to a suite, and the bedding was very clean. I had a pleasant stay with no disturbances, and all the customer service staff were excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The service attitude was great, and they even provided welcome fruit upon check-in. The room environment was also good, clean and tidy. Xiao Lei's service was enthusiastic, and it was great value for money. A comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and each time has been incredibly satisfying. It's definitely my top choice for regular visits! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff are consistently warm and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze with their efficient and thoughtful service. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. Room facilities are comprehensive, hot water is reliable, and the toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options and is great value for money. The cleaning staff always greet you with a friendly hello, showing great attention to detail. The overall environment is quiet and tidy, making it perfect for both short trips and extended stays. I've stayed multiple times and it has never disappointed; the value for money is consistently high. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. It truly comes highly recommended!

This place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror. I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free. Special thanks to 1) the Front Desk staff. All of them. 2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day. On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks. My best wishes and thanks to this hotel, its staff and management!

Perfect check-in experience! Kudos to the front desk staff, Hong - very friendly and efficient. The hotel has great amenities, including free mung bean sugar water and milk delivered to your room, robot delivery service is super convenient, and there's a full range of laundry and dry cleaning facilities. Opposite is People's Park, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the arcade old street. There are lots of nearby attractions, so it's totally worth the money!

I booked this room last minute for a business trip, and it really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were so kind, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly fast and smooth, with no complicated procedures at all. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip. From the reception to the room service, everything was top-notch. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Five stars! The service was impeccable from the moment I entered; the receptionist's smile was warm. The room was impeccably clean, the facilities were modern, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Although breakfast wasn't included, there were plenty of dining options nearby, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Ok so this is another B&B home stay that I tried after staying for one night in an overpriced one next door. This is better price wise but much worse in terms of cleanliness and overall care for the place. My room had previous guests hair, plastic wrapping my, a used juice bottle in the fridge and no toilet paper. And also overall for a new place, it looked very run down. I cut my stay short as a result. This stretch of the beach is nice and all these home stays are decent accommodations for like a B&B or Homestay style. Same issues - village is quiet during the hot day and literally nothing to do as there are no swimming pools or gyms or spas or anything really around. Street stalls open in the evening when Sun comes down. This place is also overpriced although much less so than the previous one. Sgd68/night for a room with direct ocean view. Much better than Sgd125/night one next door. Overall recommendation - unless u are Chinese or speak fluent Chinese and don’t mind staying in the room all day reading or doing nothing, while watching the ocean, don’t recommend to stay here. I got a good deal at Holidays Inn nearby for sgd50/night with good breakfast included top floor. Not luxurious and needs some maintenance too, but at least has a gym, a restaurant, and a sky pool. Overall disappointing experience @ this rongshangliao village.
