GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy! The service attitude is good! The hotel has a beautiful environment, 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the ”Sea Story”. It is a very good place for a parent-child vacation!

MM265940****Environment: What you see is what you get – you can see the beach and the sea right from your bed. It’s beautiful. I’ve also looked around nearby, and this is the only place I saw with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a sea view, which is stunning!
Service: The service is absolutely exceptional. Almost any request you make to the front desk is taken care of. They even gave us complimentary welcome desserts (P2).
Facilities: We all loved the bathtub – it was perfect for photos! My only wish is that the tub in our room had been in the center instead of to the side.
I brought my girlfriends here to take some gorgeous swimsuit photos, and they turned out amazing!

WWalker ChewAlthough i was only supposed to checkin at 14:00 after arriving haikou at 03:20, the staff were kind and helpful to let me checkin early at 8:00. There is no lift for my room somehow but the staff helped me carry my baggage up there. They also help you receive your packages if you plan to buy taobao in china, which is super convenient. Location wise, although its beside the train station, there isnt much to eat around the area. Would recommend if you plan to travel using train to other cities like sanya or wenchang but definitely not if you were to only stay in haikou. Room is big, has bidet, toilet and shower is separated. Also have free coffee machines that you can use your get a drink.

I felt the hotel was sincere and offered a very good value. If you're driving, it's very close to nearby attractions, especially the night market and the Qilou Museum, which are quite nice!

KKelvin CheongThe B&B should be a renovation of an old building. The interior of the elevator looks a bit old. There are few parking spaces outside. You can park on the opposite side of the road. You cannot park from 9 to 11 o'clock. It is free at other times. There is another park parking lot next to it, which charges a reasonable fee for 24 hours.
The room is a bit dark, not noisy at night, and you can sleep well. It is cost-effective and worth recommending.

MM336464****The hotel staff were very friendly, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Right outside the hotel, on both sides, you could find places to eat. Friendship Sunshine City is only about a kilometer away, and Qilou Old Street is around two kilometers. The hotel's location makes it very convenient to get anywhere, and it offers great value for money. It's quite affordable, and the air conditioning works really well!

The hotel offers complimentary snacks and unlimited drinks, plus robot delivery service, giving it a very modern and high-tech feel. The bedding in the room is quite comfortable. However, the open-plan sink area can be a bit noisy, and while the toilet is separate, it's not fully enclosed. This could be awkward if you're sharing with someone you're not very close to; it's really only suitable for families.

GGaryaAlthough being based in a local, nondescript neighborhood, the Vienna hotel is excellent value for money and offers a stay not unlike higher priced options. It's quite close to the airport but too far to walk, you can take a didi car for 20rmb and they'll take you back to the airport free of charge when it's time to go. The bed, the pillows, the linen, wow, these are some of the best I've experienced. The shower and bathroom nice and well thought out. I was given a quiet corner room which I was grateful for. Keep in mind though that you will hear aircraft most of the day, but not to much in the early morning hours. I think the only reason to critique was that there was no fridge in the room. No worries, I lived without it. You can call lots of food options in from outside on an app, or just walk a few blocks from the hotel and turn right. The young staff were very helpful and always sought to please. There's a laundry too and you can do a wash and dry, they'll assist with the Chinese language machine. All in all a very comfortable stay with a good breakfast in the morning. Thank you to all the helpful and smiling staff.

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
