Still my favorite place to stay in Haikou! Conveniently located in a central location that is close to many places, this hotel is worth the price. The amenities are still very modern and new and the smart rooms are a nice touch. I want to especially highlight the hotel concierges who go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of. I booked a room but was delayed by travel changes, and the front desk concierge named 言熙 went above and beyond to help me ensure my luggage was able to be kept safely stored before I could return to pick it up. With so many places to choose from to stay in Haikou these days, it’s really the staff that makes me want to come back and stay here

Hotel not very clean …It could use with a clean rug in the entrance & maybe some scent diffuser

University South Gate Night Market and Qilou Old Street are relatively close, and you can use Didi for travel. Didi is very cheap and will not be cheated

In the middle of the night, the roadside is full of large trucks and the noise of the air conditioner outside. I don't know what's going on in my hotel. No noise-cancelling earbuds I went out at 2:00 in the middle of the night to find a convenience store to buy earplugs for half an hour and then returned without success. I was stunned for an hour at 5:00 in the morning. When I went to check out, the manager was afraid that I would give me a bad review and suggest that I cancel the order and pay me 100 yuan. I don't agree, I'm not worse than a hundred, such a hotel itself is really deceiving. A hotel opening in 2022 is not soundproofed I still have something to do the next day. I didn't sleep all night. Today is a waste. Think carefully before moving in

Stayed for 3 nights, I had to clean it every day before going out, but the hair on the second day was still there on the third day, and the pillow was also...indescribable.
