I always stay at this hotel when I go on business trips to Hakodate.
However, it had been a while since I last stayed here and I was looking forward to using the large public bath, but the hot water in the tub had stopped and there was a lot of dirt and hair floating in the water, so I just took a shower.
In this situation, I felt that the large public bath was not worth it, which was disappointing.
The cleanliness of the room, breakfast, and location were all very good.
Next time I will consider staying at a different hotel.

The waiter was very polite and the explanations were easy to understand. The breakfast menu was also luxurious, and the children seemed to enjoy themselves by picking out as much as they wanted from their plates in the morning. The location of the hotel is right outside the transportation station! ! (Goryokaku Station!)
