Overall good 👍, the room on the 3rd floor can directly see Mount Fuji

The hotel is located in Sengokuhara, in the middle of a mountain. If you live on a high floor, you can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good. The room and the interior environment of the hotel can only be said to be acceptable, and it is still not as good as some domestic gold diamond level hotels. Service It was raining when we arrived. There were two staff members who could speak Chinese. The whole check-in process was perfect. We booked two meals. The dinner was exquisite and acceptable. We ordered a cup of coffee for after-meal drinks. The beans were too bad. I hope this can be improved. Breakfast was a bit careless. The French dinner rolls were bad. The desserts were placed for too long after the meal. The simple products should be completed about 5 minutes in advance. Bad reviews. There was no menu for breakfast. The ordering was too monotonous. I was forced to eat a few prepared dishes. There was no small range of choices. It was careless and seriously bad reviews. From breakfast to check-out, the whole process felt that there was no care. It was seriously mismatched for a gold diamond hotel.

The room is very beautiful. There are hot springs in the room and semi-outdoor hot springs to choose from. The semi-outdoor hot springs require reservations. Breakfast and dinner are both good. The service is very nice, but the service staff's English is a bit hard to describe.

It was good, but considering the price, I have no intention of visiting again. There is no separate large public bath, and they allow you to use the family bath for 40 minutes, but it is too short. Of course, each room had a bathroom, but it was disappointing. I had both breakfast and dinner, but the food was expensive and it didn't suit my taste. The menu kept changing, but it was disappointing that none of them suited my taste. It's a great place to stay, but compared to the price, it leaves a lot to be desired.

The transportation is definitely inconvenient, and it’s not practical to come here without a car. You can either drive yourself here or rent a car. There are two options for taxis. One can take the Shinkansen to Odawara Station and then take a taxi, which is a bit far and costs about 8,000 yen. Alternatively, you can take a small train from Odawara to Hakone and then take a taxi. It costs about 5,000 yen to come by car. The hotel itself has a first-class environment. In addition to the hot spring pool in the room, you can also book a private bath for guests. The restaurant provides dinner and lunch, both of which are Pinsong's standard Western-style set meals.

The hot spring water temperature is too high and the public bath cannot be soaked at all. The private bath in the room can barely soak for 2 minutes. The toiletries are half Bvlgari and half Japanese brand

Beautiful hotel. Staff were incredible Rina was super helpful on email helping us plan our stay. We were also very impressed by assistance received by Yiu and another staff member who had been there for over 20 years, cant recall his name. The food was superb! Different menus each night. The whole experience was so good, we decided to stay here for an extra night rather than heading back to Tokyo for one night before catching our flight back to the UK. The views of Mt Fuji from the hotel was stunning on good weather days and the hotel is very near the sites (rope car, cable car, boat trip etc.) Easy transport link just outside the hotel (local bus) however, very easy to use and regular etc.

Staff members are well dressed with impeccable manners. The service is excellent, their anticipation of client needs is outstanding. I have sciatica and they brought a bath chair to my room within 15 minutes of check-in. When they realized the next day that it wasn't really what I needed, they immediately brought a small stool. Incredible, I never expected such caring service. The room is classy, with a wood / glass book-case. It is very clean. They provide pajamas and a warm shawl, just in case you wish to walk outside and feel cold. The couch is comfortable and besides a desk, they also provide seating for two at a separate table. My friend and I enjoyed room-service breakfast every morning - we stayed for 4 nights. The onsen and bath area is spacious with plenty of amenities. Beds are comfortable and pillows lean towards the soft side. Lighting is good. From my balcony, I can see the Koi pond with some beautiful. colorful fish. Very relaxing. Meals are well thought out with 3 different menu choices. The basic menu, a "medium" menu and the full menu. The basic menu is sufficient for our appetite, though we tried the full menu the last evening - it was delightful but a bit filling. Wine list not big but sufficient for a couple of nights' stay. This is a quiet space with a classic atmosphere. Therefore, anyone wishing for a move lively atmosphere might wish to consider another venue. However, if relaxation and good spa treatments are what you want, it is wonderful. My friend and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys good food with onsen baths, relaxation, a beautiful tree-lined garden and great service.

Since the coronavirus has been classified as Type 5, I visited here for the first time in 5 years. First of all, the quiet location is wonderful. It is located in the forest a little bit up from the public road. Last time it was valet parking, but this time it was different. Check in while enjoying Aran Miglia's welcome juice in the spacious lobby overlooking the pond and decorated with Chagall lithographs. From your room on the third floor, you can see the hotel's large pond and forest, the ridgeline of the Hakone somma Mt. Marudake in the distance, and the snow-capped peak of Mt. Fuji beyond that. We enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath while looking out at Mt. Fuji from the indoor bath. There are two private open-air baths that are fully reserved, and they are perfectly cleaned, and the washing area floor is mopped and dried, and the feeling of use by the previous person has been wiped away, making it very pleasant. The work will probably be done in the 20 minutes after the 40 minute bath time. Meals are served in the dining area on the first floor or in the lobby on the second floor. It was an Italian course meal that used lots of truffles. I enjoyed everything from the roasted kueh to the delicate Soshu beef fillet tagliata. I enjoyed a relaxing stay with smart, warm and quiet service, delicious food, and hot springs. I would like to go again.

It was my third stay. I was satisfied with the food and the room the first and second time, but this time I was able to enjoy an even more fulfilling stay thanks to the sommelier Mr. Chida and Mr. Nozu who assisted me at check-in. When staying at HIRAMATSU HOTEL, we ask for food and wine pairings, but there are times when we cannot drink much. However, this time Mr. Chida's explanation was very easy to understand and fun, so the wines we drank after the explanation were very flavorful and we were able to enjoy all the wines. Of course, the food was delicious, from the amuse to the dessert. The dish was full of rare mushrooms, such as trumpet de maur, which I had never eaten before, and it was a dish that felt autumnal. I was particularly impressed with the southern bluefin tuna and mushroom pasta, and the large fish dishes. The last time we had dinner, the place was full and the sommelier and staff seemed busy, probably because all the tables started at about the same time, so this time I asked Mr. Nozu to recommend a time when we could eat in peace. Therefore, I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. Mr. Nozu and all the other staff members I dealt with were polite, yet reasonably friendly and easy to talk to. The room was on the third floor as before, but I was able to stay comfortably because I liked the direction of the bed and the position of the sofa. Although I only stayed for one night, I had a great time both at the restaurant and in my room, and was able to truly relax.

I made a reservation for late May when the weather was nice, but unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy on the day. The staff at check-in were kind, courteous, and pleasant, and I was given a welcome drink (champagne) that made me forget about the bad weather. The room, furniture, and amenities (Bvlgari) were also good. The hot spring in the room (open-air bath style) and the open-air bath in the outhouse style were both spacious and had a nice view, so I was able to relax. Dinner includes appetizers (white asparagus, green asparagus, sea urchin, trout, etc.), pasta with heavenly fish, bamboo shoots, and seaweed, fish dishes (goldfish, quinoa, wild vegetables, etc.), and meat dishes (lamb and lasagna, etc.) , dessert (berry fruit, fromage blanc, meringue), and as expected, it was Hiramatsu's hospitality and service. (I have a family member who doesn't like chicken, so they took care of that.) Breakfast had a lot of variety, and the food was delicious and satisfying.
