We traveled with anime Japanese + elementary school English. The staff were very friendly and the language barrier was no problem. We were carefully explained and taken care of in various aspects. The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful and clean, and it was a very good stay. And because there are not many rooms for sale, even the public hot springs that are not as large as those in China are very good and quiet. The meal is traditional Japanese cuisine (the quantity is quite large), the taste is light and delicious. It is a very good memory for the two of us. Hakone and this hotel are worth a visit.

Japanese-style B&B, the experience is good, very Japanese. The hot spring is very clean and clear, and there are few people, so it is not awkward to soak in it, very comfortable and free. The luggage sent from Yumoto Station was also delivered to the room! However, because it is a B&B, the hygiene conditions are definitely not comparable to those of four-star or five-star hotels. It is recommended to bring disposable quilt covers and sheets. But I personally feel that the cost performance is already very high.
