I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had noticeable stains on the carpet,curtains and the upholstery, which made the space feel unkempt and uncomfortable. There were also pen marks on the walls and surfaces, suggesting that proper cleaning had not been carried out. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these issues.so we are requesting for refunding the full amount

Locate near bus stop. Easy to travel along Hakone area. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful hotel!!! And very helpful staff. I love all the facilities in this hotel. There have a big onsen. The location is near the Ropeway just 15 minute. But from train station is a bit far by bus. There also have a welcome drink and snack bar. The breakfast was incredible, too many choice and delicious!! Overall, me and my family had a good time and love this hotel!!

Don't be deceived. The hotel ONLY refurbished the lobby and 2/F restaurant, while the room remains 1980s furniture and smell. The receptionist 佐藤, when asked about the room, rudely responded that she has no idea. How disappointing! I checked in and couldnt wait to leave the room and returned to the room very late. The best thing for me was I only booked one night, and I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Please don't stay here. There are so many other options in the area.

The hotel was renovated & look modern, not traditional onsen hotel. It’s buffet breakfast & dinner, choice a bit limited & fusion. Staff is nice & polite

Great room size with a Japanese quarter. The buffet meals have more than 40 items and excellent. Location is a bit off the main attraction area but quiet and rustic. Accommodation/room equipment can use some update. Otherwise, an exceptional value.

The hotel is located to middle of nowhere. The bus stop though is like 1-2 min away from the hotel. The onsen was just ok. The Yukata is really nice. The breakfast is really good. Helpful staff.

We stayed here as a group of six, including my parents in their 80s. The parking lot was full, so we could only park at the very back, which was inconvenient for my parents. They should have first dropped off the car at the entrance and then parked in the parking lot. If you are coming from Hakone-Yumoto by car, it is better to enter from Route 138. When I followed the navigation system, I was guided to a back road, which was a narrow road and a steep slope. The hotel was very clean. Everything was delicious at the breakfast and dinner buffet. The tempura was especially delicious. Try the corn tempura! I recommend it. There was also a wide variety of desserts, so we had refills many times. It was Obon, but we were able to relax in the hot springs. The room was very spacious and came with a basket, a large towel, a small towel, and a plastic bag to take to the bath, which I thought was very thoughtful hospitality. There were many foreign crew members working there, so I saw a few foreign guests staying there as well. There was also a wheelchair user staying there, so I thought it was a hotel that was friendly to everyone. My parents were very happy. Thank you!

The old room is very old, the breakfast, breakfast, dinner, the front desk personnel are more difficult to communicate with the table tennis table and do not let it be used.

We booked a standard Western-style room with two meals. The hotel lobby is very new and has been renovated. The front desk staff can speak English and the service is great. The room is 20 square meters, which is not small in Japan. The facilities are all Japanese. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style. You can taste Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. There are also sashimi and seafood bowls, as well as fruit ice cream, which is not common in Japan. Of course, drinks need to be purchased separately. You can leisurely change into a Yukata in the hotel and soak in the hotel's hot springs. It's very comfortable. The scenery around the hotel is good. There are convenience stores in front and behind, which are within walking distance. The hotel recommends chartering a car, which is great value for money!

The hotel is not bad. The room is very big, which is considered very big in Japan. The activity area on the first floor is good. The buffet is good, and the underground hot spring is also good. Overall, I am satisfied

The hotel is in a good location. Although it is a little far from Gora Yumoto, there is a bus at the door that goes directly to the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The buses in Hakone are relatively punctual, and basically arrive and depart according to the timetable on the bus stop. The Venetian Glass Museum and Sengoku Plateau are within walking distance. The hotel's hot springs and breakfast and dinner are great.

Stayed with three family members. The house is very big and the hotel is located on a mountain. I had no big problems when traveling by car. The breakfast at the hotel is a buffet. There are many types of food and the taste is good. Although the hotel is on a mountain, it is convenient to walk for about 5 minutes. shop
