Nice service! English level of the staff is good. The western meal is good, especially the soup. The hot spring is good and I felt good with the skin. I left on the Valentine’s Day, I received a gift of a chocolate biscuit from the front reception of the hotel. I hope I will visit the hotel again.

Hotel is very beautiful, the historical vibe is very iconic. Suggest to stay in the japanese style rooms as it gives better vibes. Garden has quite a bit of sakura blooming. Very spacious room. Around 30 usd to cab up from train station.

The gardens are very pretty. The hotel is located in a quiet mountain area. Interesting stay.

One of the best I have ever stayed. Can’t be picky on it! They have everything at the top standard - service, facilities, staffs, food etc. The hotel itself can already be a touristy spot for half to one day, given it’s a historical building with stories. Highly recommended!

As expected of a 140-year-old hotel, you can feel the history as soon as you move in. The hotel's museum also has a collection of hand-painted menus from before, which are so exquisite and cute. I read the comments saying that transportation is inconvenient, but in fact, the H-line bus is very convenient right in front of the hotel, but sometimes the bus will be late due to traffic jams. It is a few minutes away from the mountain train, and if you carry large luggage, you need to call the hotel's car to help. The service is generally good, especially the old man who drives the hotel is very dedicated. On the contrary, the doorman did not help to move the luggage from the hotel luggage cart, but stood there to intervene. We actually wanted to move it ourselves, but seeing his attitude, it felt that it was really inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. We have a lot of large suitcases, and asked him if he could help us push the luggage cart to the hotel exit closer to the boarding point. He told us that it couldn't be pushed. Later, we found another exit of the hotel that was very close to the station, and it was completely possible to use a luggage cart to help us push it over.

I was very satisfied with everything from the service to the room and the convenience, and even the hot springs. I didn't have meals because I was staying overnight, but the bread I bought at the shop was very delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The service and environment are very good. I went in very late and thought I was checking in. The front desk is on the ground floor, and the staff was kind enough to take us back to the first floor to check in.

This hotel is listed as a cultural heritage and is worth admiring its design and natural environment. The Japanese and Western restaurants are very comfortable, and the decoration design of the Western restaurant is particularly detailed. Don't ignore its garden path, you'll be surprised if you go deep inside.  The Keishi cuisine at Ju Huazhuang is good value for money. Of course the hotel's services are meticulous, but the only thing is that its hot spring is on the 8th floor and lacks a natural environment.

Stayed in the Forest Wing 3rd floor room for 2 nights, with a view of the Hakone Mountain Forest outside the window. Pros: Beautiful environment, 140-year-old hotel worth staying in, many places worth visiting. The hotel is on the mountain, you can see a lot of good scenery, I saw the most beautiful sunset. The service is not bad Cons: A little expensive, I had Japanese and Western breakfast, the quantity was a little small.

Traditional Japanese inn. 1. The best thing is the room decoration, reasonable layout and comfortable sleeping. 2. The environmental design is actually average, not as delicate and high-end as it is said to be, but there is a large garden where you can take a walk. 3. The disadvantage is that the hot spring is relatively weak. 4. The taste of the food is average, and the price premium is serious (Ju Huazhuang), the set is more than 30,000 yuan plus service fee, and the sashimi does not even have a greasy feel (picture included). 5. The attitude of the receptionist when picking up the luggage was very good, but the waiter at the kaiseki dinner had the worst attitude during the 9-day trip to Japan, and the front desk basically had no response after reporting it to the front desk the next day.

The environment is very good, and the service is excellent. Breakfast is Japanese, French, and American. It is served in different restaurants. After eating, you can stroll around the yard. After shopping, you can take a bath. After bathing, you can have a massage. But you need to Make a reservation in advance. There are many restaurants in this hotel, all of which require reservations. We made a reservation at 3 p.m. and could not go to the restaurant until 8:30 a.m., so we made a reservation in advance. It is very close to the station.

The service environment is nothing to say, it is a historic hotel. I was disappointed that there was no view in the hot spring. If you stay for more than two days, you will get two coffee cards for free if you use the environmental protection service. Don’t forget to use them.

The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and hygienic. The price is a bit expensive. The equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the use. For example, the key is too heavy. Breakfast is ordered, not self-service. You are not allowed to take two portions. The quantity is too small. If you order a second time, you have to pay.
