老式但是規整的日式老酒店，一切規規矩矩按部就班，沒有刻意逢迎，也沒有冷若冰霜，在白馬滑雪門口就是穿梭bus站，方便舒適。日式早餐也是規規矩矩。

優點：1門口正對面的馬路可以直通去食街，但還是要走20分鐘的路程。2去各雪場的巴士都會在酒店門口停，其它酒店的客人都會來這邊等巴士，出行相對方便。3酒店有接送服務，但要提前預約。
缺點：1服務人員太少，忙不過來。2不是24小時服務，到點下班就沒工作人員，全靠自助。3温泉有點臟，因為去白馬滑雪的八成是講英語的外籍人士，他們不太懂日本温泉規則，很多沒有洗乾淨就直接跳下去。4午餐晚餐要預約，而且有點小貴。

非常好的入住體驗，房間乾淨衞生，早餐種類還可以，不算太多，但足夠。邊吃早飯邊賞雪景，吃完早飯就可以乘坐巴士去各個雪場滑雪，距離最近的雪場是八方尾根滑雪場。

酒店房間比較大，房間內設施齊全，電水壺加熱器都有，另外房間內也為住客提供浴衣，窗外的景色很不錯，早餐也是豐盛的。特別感謝酒店的服務，因為離店的時候忘記東西在房間，當時我已經在東京了，酒店還是積極配合做好溝通，幫忙把遺落物品寄出，服務特別好。

服務不錯、友善，每天的晚餐都不一樣哦！讓人期待！
泡完湯，想來支甜筒，可惜沒有。
房間浴室水槽的水管可能設計不良，異味會從水管溢出，浴缸也排水不良容易積水。
距離雪場各雪場有點距離，但幸好是接駁車的第一站，一定都有位子坐。

和室 朝食付プラン。朝食は和食スタイル。お味噌汁は具だくさんでしたし、温泉*やヨーグルトやサラダにフルーツもついて大満足でした。美味しかったです。
お部屋は清潔でしたが、畳だったこともあり、ダニがいて痒くて困りました。なので、今度は洋室に宿泊したいと思います。
