I visited Hakuba to meet a friend and stayed here. The hotel offers good services such as dining with friends, accommodation with pets, and tourist information. It was a reasonable price in the expensive Hakuba village, and left a very good impression.

At first I called and asked if I could pick him up. The boss said he could pick me up (because the last hotel offered free pick-up and drop-off, I thought it was also free). It was only 10 minutes away. After picking me up, the boss lady charged me 2,000 yen without informing me in advance. There is a fee and the experience is very bad. Towels and sanitary napkins will be changed only after you tell the lady boss. If you don't tell them, they won't be changed. The room is an attic, with a window above the bed. The lighting and transparency are poor, the sound insulation is poor, and the wooden floor creaks. I will never choose a B&B in the future.

A very satisfying experience. The host couple are very welcoming and can pick you up and drop off. The breakfast and dinner are great. The shuttle bus station is 170 meters away, which is very convenient.
