Room is clean and big like in the photos, however the toilet space is too tiny and uncomfortable to use. Only 1 person can enter at a time and no space to place amenities. Breakfast space was beautiful, but we stayed for 4 days, the breakfast selections were limited and exactly the same for all 3 days. Suggest the hotel to change the menu atleast every 2 days.

The room is quite small, about 20 square meters. A family of four, it was a bit crowded. Checked in on December 30, checked out on January 1, 2 nights price 570,000 yen including breakfast and dinner. This price is about three to four times the usual price. The restaurant is good, western dinner, standard, with one main course, the rest is self-service. The service attitude is very good, warm and polite.

Very effective staff for checking in and out. Luggage arrangements from when checking in to helping us into the shuttle bus to the airport are extremely helpful for the travelers like us who were still disoriented after long flights. Also great foods both dinner and breakfast. Smart choice for an overnight stay near airport.

The room was very clean. There was Chinese courtesy at the front desk. I chose a room with tatami. It was spacious and bright. There was a beautiful snow view outside the window. We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba with our family and had a comfortable experience. The room size was adequate for our needs, providing enough space to move around comfortably. However, the combined bathroom and toilet were a bit on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some travelers.
The breakfast offered could definitely use some improvement. It was quite repetitive with not much variation from day to day. A bit more variety would make the dining experience better.
We skied at Hakuba 47 and were pleased with the convenience of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle operated at designated times, making it easy to get to and from the slopes.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would return.

Such a wonderful stay at Hakuba! Service by Mariott stuff was excellent. Shuttle bus arrived on time and the luggages up the bus and to our room. The room had an in-room onsen which was super! There was a quiet camping ground beside where my family spent half a day building snowman and playing. We could call for pizza food delivery on the first day. Convenience store was quite a walk away but manageable if the snow wasn’t so thick.
