I booked a room with the number of people clearly stated, and the bill confirmed that the hotel only charged 300k extra. Before arriving, I called to confirm in advance and the staff said it only charged 150k extra. But in reality, when I arrived, they charged 450k.
The second problem is that there are no bathrobes, even though the hotel is 5 stars ??? not worthy of 5 stars.
The third is that the breakfast has few dishes, not to my taste. Poor. To be worthy of the 5-star title, it needs to improve a lot.
Will never return to Muong Thanh!
