Unglaublich! Ich habe vor einem Jahr eine Buchung für dieses Hotel vorgenommen und erhalte kurz vor Anreise die Information, dass es "aus betrieblichen Gründen bis auf weiteres geschlossen" ist! Gäbe es einen kurzfristigen Grund dafür, hätte man eine Erklärung sicher angeführt, also gehe ich von einer länger geplanten Maßnahme aus, die man früher hätte übermitteln können. Da ich wegen eines Events ein Hotel genau in dieser Lage gewählt habe und andere Häuser dort nun ausgebucht oder 100-200% teurer sind, ist dies wirklich eine Frehheit!

Udemærket til prisen. Hotellet ligger i meget rolige omgivelser. Ind og udtjekning forløb uden problemer, værelset var fint, god plads og flot udsigt over parken. Morgenmaden var god, og god til prisen. Alt i alt levede hotellet op til vores forventninger og vi kommer her gerne igen

Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen OK. Wir haben das Hotel unter dem Kriterium gewählt, dass ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen, dass kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist und wir in ein zu Fuß 10 min entferntes Parkhaus mussten (22€/24h). Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr wortkarg. Das Frühstück war ok. Der Frühstücksraum zu klein, dieser wurde irgendwann einfach geschlossen und die anderen Gäste mussten warten. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, jedoch ausreichend ausgestattet.

Location in a peaceful location bus stop 2 minutes walk. People at reception are very friendly specially Khadim. Double bed room size was bit smaller only good for one person. Rest was ok didn’t have any problem

Das Personal war auffallend freundlich und aufmerksam, das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zeit hat sichtlich Spuren hinterlassen.
Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch etwas Potenzial, es war sauber, allerdings waren z.B. in der Dusche noch Haare, wahrscheinlich von den vorherigen Gästen.
Die Lage ist fantastisch, man konnte alle Hamburger Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und ausreichend.
