This was an interesting experience. I was not familiar with the longer-term-stay hotel format, and when I first arrived here I described the aesthetic as ”simple yet stately.” It was indeed a full suite, complete with dishwasher and kitchen, as well as small complimentary meals served downstairs. There was a decent workspace and nice bathroom but, typically for these times of decline, no robe. There was OK coffee in the room, but, notably, on my way out I realized that coffee could be had in the serving area downstairs. I enjoyed this coffee more than that in the room, and the disposable cup's design was striking -- I thought about it a lot as I checked out, and I also took some pictures of it (one of which I will attach here).

We stayed at the Homewood Suites for 4 days, the location was downtown and in a quiet area, the hotel staff was welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was tasty, abundant and had variety. The Gym is open 24-7, the pool was a blast, the parking is very good for a downtown hotel. We had a problem with our fridge the last two days and we only realized it on the last day, the hotel send a repair man within 5 minutes and he validated the fact that it was probably not working for the last two days. The hotel gave us the last two nights for free. Any hotel can have problems, it is the way they treat their guests and validate their concerns what matters. I am definitely staying again.

A mainstay in the city; the towering jewel in Hamilton's craggy crown of flatlands and factories. Although somewhat stripped down due to COVID and the march of the years, this Sheraton cannot be beat when it comes to location. It's lodged in a complex that includes the Art Gallery of Hamilton as well as the glittering glamour of Jackson Square, that ever-shuddering heart of the living city. It's always great to spend an evening here, although, as usual, I wish they provided a robe!

Great location, walking distance to downtown Hamilton. Gorgeous home, home away from home. Has everything you would need in a home, Tanya and Tim thought of everything, you will have everything you will need for your stay - everything you would ever need in the kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. Clean and very beautiful home with great character, would surely be the best place to sleep at during the hot summer. I highly recommend this place. It is not a hotel but one gorgeous home with amazing hosts and everything you will ever need.

I was able to get early check in, so tha was a plus . Hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Great customer service. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. The experience was lovely My only complaints were :The toilet seat in my ensuite was loose , so that was uncomfortable. The pool was overly heated. I was only staying for the night , I did not complain, but informed staff at my departure.

A typical Western breakfast, I like it more. The rooms are large and clean, especially the mattresses are good, and they are comfortable to sleep, unlike some hotel mattresses that are soft and collapsed. There is a small swimming pool in the hotel, but I don't have time to play. The hotel is conveniently located in the Burlington service area. The front desk clerk at the hotel is also very nice.

So pleasantly surprised. Stayed overnight cause husband had flu and didn’t want to get exposed before my holiday. Received a beautiful greeting upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and the room was tidy and spacious. More importantly, the beds and pillaged were super comfy. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Well, it’s been a huge turnaround from our very first experience and each and every Stay just keeps getting better. We are platinum elite guests, which afford us benefits e.g. upgraded room, $10/ guest plus one, among other things. We love this hotel for many reasons, it’s a Marriott which is generally consistent, the Marriott bed is thee best, the rooms are large no matter what option you choose including the standard room, and I have anxiety. My favourite room surprisingly, and in order is the deluxe corner rooms, the full 1 bedroom suite which is a huge treat, (two full showers one with bath) in same bathroom, it’s massive) and connects to a kind standard room. Then, the Junior Suite. Each room is modern, and up to date. The one thing I wish all hotels had was access to “connect my device.” I’m not sure if the use of this system across Marriott brands is being removed entirely but I do know that some hotels within the brand offer it. Unfortunately, not here. They do have Netflix, Amazon Prime and stream. One odd thing we’ve had happen and not sure why this is, as we never felt compelled to ask, is why the tv just shuts down in the middle of any program/ streaming. And, although the tv message comes up on a screen saying hit “ok” to continue, it doesn’t matter how many times you do that, it still shuts off hmmm 🤔 Of all the Courtyard hotels that we’ve stayed in, this hotel is thee nicest in comparison. The Bistro has a whole host of items. You can review the menu in room on the tv, and you can order over the phone albeit you need to pick up. The food has always been great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff always get it right too! Lol We stayed last weekend (28-30) and upon check in got upgraded from a standard king (using points) to a deluxe corner - more spacious and the layout is fantastic. Upon, entry to the room we received the sweetest gesture of small snacks, and waters. So thoughtful. And, it’s each and every time! Now, we’ll be sad if we don’t get it. Lol JK! We know we’re appreciated and feel the genuine care of the team. When we checked in the staff heard me and came out to say hello making us feel extra special. Not needed as we know time is valuable. But, thank you! We appreciate the all of it. They have gone way beyond the extra mile! Oh, and, upon arriving to our room, and in past we have made requests for robes and slippers (mostly for my husband, to arrive this past weekend to two sets of each on our bed like a little welcome home! Awwww makes the day that much brighter to know that the staff took time out of their day, anticipating our need without even asking this time, albeit we didn’t need but husband still used them, just shows the thoughtfulness. It truly is the little things! Thank you! We shall see you this weekend, again! Also, It has become our new hotel, for attending Toronto FC soccer matches in Toronto. We would stay in Toronto right down town (at one of our fav hotels, ever) the hospitality 💋 anyways,

CcawinzaI just stay at this hotel and I am impressed about everything. Very fast check in/out, very clean rooms with everything you need ( minifridge, kcups coffee maker, big tv), everything looks new and no bad odors like in many other hotels. Close to QEW Hgwy is worth to stay here.
GGuest UserComfort Inn Hamilton on centennial Google review Susan Deangelis 1/5 7 minutes ago on Google On December 23rd during the storm my husband who is a Dofasco employee checked into the comfort Inn as it was too dangerous for him to drive home and he had to get up at 300 am to return to work on the 24th. After checking our visa we discovered a 25.00 dollar charge. I immediately called the comfort Inn and asked what the charge was for and they told me my husband was charged for taking a pillow. I told them that was impossible and asked that they check there cameras which they said they had on the premises. They refused to check the cameras. And said the charge would stay. My husband called again after returning home from work and again they refused to reverse the charge and again did not check thier cameras. It was a gentleman that checked him out at 3:00 am my husband had no bag he could have stuffed a pillow into and am sure the gentleman who checked him out would have seen a pillow. This is out and out fraud and taking advantage of a hard working honest man. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will be reporting them
