It is the same as the Coral Hotel next to it. Check-in procedures are in the Coral Hotel lobby. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk from the Coral Hotel. When checking in and checking out, you can ask the hotel staff to drive you there.
The lawn in front of the hotel is full of kangaroos in the evening.
The double bed room I booked was not big and there was no view outside the window. The advantage was that I could cook and the kitchen utensils were complete. There was a supermarket near the pier 10 minutes' walk away where I could buy vegetables and meat for cooking, which saved my Chinese stomach.

We had a perfect stay at Palm Bungalows and were pleasantly surprised by the access and amenities that came with staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our trip a very relaxing and enjoyable one.
As others have mentioned, check in was a little slow (not helped by the heat upon arrival from the airport), but otherwise everything else was perfect.

Our group of 8 stayed in the bungalows for three nights. The room was very nice and includes a shaded porch with chairs and a hammock. The marina is a short walk away. There is a nice little zoo across the road with a cafe, presided over by a couple of resident koalas and some reptiles. The staff was nice, breakfast is generous and tasty. We had a very nice time. Be sure to download the Hamilton Island app, it has everything you need to know - very useful!

Beautiful location. Very clean units, quiet and comfortable. Not much lighting around stairs to units which could be a falling hazard. Wildlife roaming around the gardens which was lovely. Definitely need a buggy as some units are a far way from the main hotel/pool and restaurants.

Next time, if the flight departure at 11, perhaps guests can stay till 9:30AM instead of leaving so early and wait at the Hamilton Island airport.

Great place with wild life around all the time. No cleaning you had to do it your self , they changed towels and did beds only.
