Excellent staff at reception and concierge, especially Qiu Xiao Han at concierge helped us to send parcel, and gave full details of the shops that my husband inquired of. Good location and convenient for some simple food and amenities. Near Wulin night market and plenty of snacks and fruits shops around. Highly recommended for leisure as well as business travellers.

It is just across the wall from West Lake University, which makes it very convenient to go to the university. The hotel room is clean and quiet, and my picky companions are very satisfied. The front desk manager Zhu Hui's service is warm and thoughtful, which makes people feel very warm. The gym is quite large, and the number and variety of fitness equipment are beyond expectations. Although on vacation, you can't stop exercising.

This hotel is really near to the MRT station (line # 4 green) , just walk about 100 meters from the hotel lobby, the receptionist guy is really nice, they give me a free early check in because the room is available, the room is clean, and there are some restaurants, and minimart on front of MRT gate. I will back here when i go to Hangzhou again.

The hotel we stayed in was really great! The room was very comfortable and the waiter was very nice. I highly recommend it to everyone. Bruce at the front desk also upgraded the room type and gave us free breakfast.

Xixi Wetland Park Area
A very satisfying stay. The lady at the front desk checked me in quickly and professionally. The cleanliness and facilities of the room were impeccable. The elderly in my family have difficulty in moving, so they specially arranged a room near the elevator, which was very considerate. There is Xixi Wetland near the hotel, which is also quite close. It is very comfortable to take a walk there when it is not so hot at night. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, which is a bit regrettable
