The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later. The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The deputy manager Mr. Yi Zheng was friendly and resourceful, and recommended Four Seasons Hotels in other localities for us for our future trips: a truly Four Seasons Ambassador!

A great stay experience The meticulous service, the ladies are friendly and generous, with a good sense of propriety, remembering the last name of the guests, and escorting them to the elevator entrance when checking in and checking out. The concierge service is also excellent. Because the location of this Four Seasons Hotel is in the old city, the passage for vehicles to enter and exit to pick up guests is relatively hidden, but when I checked out, the lady at the concierge asked for my online car license plate number and guided the vehicle to the hotel entrance according to the real-time location, and helped me put my luggage in the trunk. The color scheme of the room is elegant beige and low-saturation bean green, with gray water ripples. When you walk into the room, the curtains automatically open and you will see the pleasing open floor-to-ceiling windows. Everything is very in line with my aesthetics. The Mini Bar is equipped with my favorite lavazza coffee capsules and T9 tea bags. After going out for dinner and returning to the hotel at night, I experienced a meticulous turndown service. Not only did they replenish the tea bags and capsules, but they also put ice cubes in the ice bucket, as if they knew I wanted a drink, so I really drank the customized version of the mini bar's special osmanthus whiskey. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will probably choose this place again.
