This hotel was nice and decent. Very clean and spacious. The hotel staff spoke very little to no English at al, depending on the shift. However even with that , they were very helpful. We had a deluxe room. I was sharing with a friend but we had so much space. We often times left the room really late, but they still cleaned for us and gave us fresh towels. The breakfast is very Chinese so if you looking to book this hotel just know that. The location is very central , since we were there for a weekend of fun. Getting around was easy however Hangzhou is full of road construction & congestion everywhere. Something unrelated, I find that the taxi prices are a tad bit higher that my other city & it took us longer to get to places because of the above mentioned. This place was really affordable and especially since we shared an apar**ent. We paid ¥1740 for 3 nights all together. Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The metro is just opposite the hotel. The receptionist were excellent in helping us to get our supper as we arrived midnight and didnt have the local apps to ordering food. I chose this hotel when I came to Hangzhou for the first time. The service is very good and the environment is good. The front desk service is very efficient and the health aunt is also very talkative! The guest room is on a high floor and there are no cars honking, so it is quiet and comfortable. The most important thing is that there is a coffee shop next to the hotel entrance! ! Worth recommending to stay

The room we booked was spacious and clean. Daily room service was top notch. They replenish bottled water and drinks in the fridge free of charge. Fresh towels, nicely folded sheets every single day during our stay. Front desk staff were helpful and very responsive to requests. They are also friendly and approachable. There's also a robot that sends food delivery to our doorstep which we find very convenient. Location is also pretty good. All the places we went seems to be only a short ride away. There's a few shopping malls within walking distance. Overall an excellent experience.

It was confusing at first, but in general it was good experience, staff is friendly and kind. Rooms are not that big, sometimes the design of the room is questionable because in the middle of the room it was a colony and it was uncomfortable to move but overall it was good.

The transportation is very convenient. You can get there by exiting B3 of Chengxing Road Station on Metro Line 4. There is a dedicated elevator and a convenience store downstairs. The room is clean and tidy. Thank you for upgrading to a deluxe room. The facilities are smart. The first round of mini bar drinks is free, with 7-8 kinds of soft drinks and beer. Thank you for the welcome fruits and refreshments. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and is easy to operate, which is a plus. The breakfast is delicious. Don't miss it if you are on a business trip. When checking out, the front desk lady also gave a small gift, which was great!

The overall room is relatively small, but the design is reasonable. The hotel is located very close to the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. It is also within walking distance of Raffles City and Vientiane City. Afternoon tea in the executive lounge: not many options The buffet of selected food in the executive lounge is okay

The breakfast is really good. Except for the old facilities, it is close to Italy and France, and the transportation is convenient.

I think this hotel is very good, with complete and well-maintained facilities, attentive service, quiet and spacious rooms, good location, and a unique decoration style, which is quite cost-effective.
