My father didn't see which button he pressed, and he didn't answer when asked again. When cooking noodles, my father asked him to cook a bowl of soup noodles. My father said, just add some soup, he was still impatient, only mixed noodles, and then reluctantly added a spoonful of soup, saying, it's up to you! My father returned to the table and asked me quietly, why is his attitude bad? I don't know either. I just think that the service industry is not easy. Giving one star will bury the efforts of other waiters. For example, the aunt who cleaned the room said very politely, ”Thank you and take care” when I took the initiative to say we checked out. We can't let such an excellent waiter down by not giving one star. However, this waiter in black clothes who is not professional at all should be asked to reflect on your hotel.

I couldn't find the charging cable just now. I called the front desk and asked me to look for it again. But I I found it in a small bag that I brought with me. Good and clean hotel but it’s little hard to find due to location and it’s main gate is behind parking ! Powerlong shopping mall is nearest mall which have everything like many restaurants and best for shopping

I went to Hangzhou on a business trip. It was the peak tourist season in the spring in Jiangnan. With the general increase in accommodation prices, this hotel is very cost-effective. It is not far from the subway entrance, and the transportation is relatively convenient. The breakfast is also OK, with everything you need. The freshly cooked noodles taste good. It would be even better if coffee could be added. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is quite nice, the hygiene is also ok, and the scenery outside the window is very good.

The room was beautiful, the service was satisfactory, and it was not far from my destination, especially the ** night I was going to, which was very close. They also upgraded my room and helped us with our luggage at the end!

The TV didn't work well. I adjusted it twice but it didn't work. When I checked in, I got a toothbrush and slippers (the soles of the slippers were very thin). There was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room, but nothing else. When I stayed in other hotels, there were small soaps in the room, as well as cotton swabs, dental floss, combs, alcohol pads, and a small bottle of facial cleanser. The price of 490 is not low, and there is no breakfast. The free parking is good, and there is a lady at the front desk with a good attitude. I am not very satisfied with the rest. It was my first time to go to Hangzhou. I chose this hotel because it opened in 2023. New hotels are generally better, but this is indeed the case! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities and equipment are quite new, and they are easy to use; the mattress and pillow are also very comfortable, there is no noisy sound at night, the air quality outside is also very good, and the green coverage rate is very high. Because I drove, the air was fresh along the way, and I basically ate at Binjiang Baolong Plaza, which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The plaza has Hangzhou cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, and souvenirs. In short, I stayed in this store and was satisfied!

Always my favorite in Hangzhou.. good hotel. Powerlong mall within 2 min walk for food and shopping
