Plus, there's a clothes drying rack. It would be even better if there was a full-length mirror, though. Overall, it's pretty good.

I booked this hotel last minute when I came to Hangzhou to visit West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The mini single room exceeded my expectations – it was quiet and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and for a solo traveler, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is superb, right near the Huanglong Sports Center, making transportation incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and various other restaurants and shops, so daily dining, shopping, and entertainment are all easily accessible. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and overall, their service was very attentive. However, my May Day stay was severely disappointing. For a premium price of over 1300 yuan per night, the room's air conditioning was completely restricted from cooling mode. For two entire nights, we had to rely on the fresh air system and a fan to cool down, which was an awful experience. The hotel simply brushed off our concerns, using the excuse that the outside night-time temperature wasn't high, clearly just to save on operating costs. As paying guests, whether we need cooling and our personal comfort should be our choice, not a unilateral restriction imposed by the hotel. With an indoor temperature of 26-28 degrees Celsius, the room was humid, stuffy, and poorly ventilated, leading to restless nights. What should have been a pleasant holiday stay turned into a terrible experience. The hotel should focus on indoor perceived temperature, not the outdoor air temperature. I sincerely advise anyone planning to stay here to call and confirm in advance whether the air conditioning cooling function will be available during your stay. Paying a high price for accommodation but not getting basic cooling – is this the quality Atlur (Atour) brand should offer? Is this Atlur's social responsibility towards energy saving and emission reduction? This kind of operation easily leads to a disappointing experience and can spoil your travel mood. Do you truly consider your customers' feelings? As an Atlur member, I have to complain about this incredibly bad stay. I hope the hotel, its management, and the brand itself take this seriously, and I wish Atlur continues to improve and enhance its services.

The room was clean and hygienic, the bath towels were new, the shampoo and shower gel smelled great, and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a relaxing and sound sleep after a day of exploring. The air conditioning was perfectly cool, and you need your card to access the upper floors, which adds to the safety and peace of mind. Plus, a robot even delivers food orders to your room! There were a lot of young guests staying here, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The room size was just right, clean, and very functional. They offered both soft and firm down pillows, and the bed was perfectly comfortable—even my super picky child said they slept well. The duvet was also great. The shower had excellent water pressure. Due to constant flight delays, the hotel very kindly allowed us a late check-out, and the entire customer service team was wonderful.

The newly opened hotel is right across from Zhejiang University's Yuquan Campus and near the Hangzhou Botanical Garden. The scenery is beautiful, and transportation is convenient. The hotel service is excellent, with robot delivery available at any time. I should mention the specialty rice noodle shop next to the hotel; it seems to be a Guangxi intangible cultural heritage shop. It's bright, clean, and tidy, very unique. If you get back late, you can have a bowl of rice noodles there – delicious!

It's also very convenient to stay here if you're visiting West Lake and Lingyin Temple, as there's a subway station just 20 meters from the entrance. A very convenient hotel stay overall.
