The service was incredibly professional, and everyone had a great attitude. What really stood out was how skilled and knowledgeable they were. The male front desk agent, surnamed Wang, who checked me in on the first night, was excellent. Later, I forgot something in my room and called the front desk several times over the next few days. Even though I spoke to different female agents each time, the handoff was seamless, and they all knew exactly what was going on. They were extremely helpful with shipping my forgotten items! This hotel is definitely recommended for anyone transferring at the East Station for trains or flights due to their professionalism.

Not bad, the environment is decent, and it's great that you can get a late check-out until 2 PM. It's suitable for friends who aren't too particular about their accommodation. It's also quite close to the subway, which is convenient for tourists.

I chose this Vienna International hotel for my high-speed rail transfer, and its location is absolutely perfect – so close to the East Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The facilities overall are well-equipped, and the king-size room is spacious with great natural light. The entire room was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress and pillows were comfortably supportive, allowing me to quickly relax after a long day of travel. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, with quick water flow and stable temperature. The hotel is generally quiet, so you're not disturbed by the noise of station crowds. The front desk service is attentive and efficient, and it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it whether you're on a business trip or just passing through for a transfer.

I stayed for seven nights in a double room. The room, bathroom, and toilet were all quite spacious, and the shower water was comfortable. I had an odd-numbered room, which meant the balcony faced south. This was great because I could leave the window open to air out the room after I left during the day, and it got direct sunlight, which was a big plus! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and the service was excellent. Getting around was convenient. Wulinmen Station (Line 6) Exit C is less than 1000 meters from the hotel, and it's very close to Hangzhou East Railway Station. The hotel's shuttle service was also very prompt and reliable. The nearby construction site closed at 5 PM, so it wasn't noisy.

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable. My room on the 12th floor was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep throughout my visit. The hotel's service was thoughtful and attentive overall, truly warm and detailed. Late one night, I wasn't sure how to charge a device, and the staff patiently and meticulously guided me through it. They even proactively helped me contact the parking security for coordination. Their thorough and reliable assistance made me feel incredibly valued. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with disposable face towels and slippers, and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Hygiene: The cleaning staff did an excellent job; it was very clean and hygienic. Environment: Unexpectedly, it's right opposite Hangzhou East Station. Watching the high-speed trains depart at night was like watching a blockbuster movie. After walking back and forth twice, I finally figured out how to get to the hotel from Hangzhou East Station Metro, and it feels much safer than walking on the street outside, especially at night. There are men blocking the pathways outside the East Station trying to solicit guests for accommodation, which felt unsafe. Service: The front desk staff was quick with check-in and check-out and escorted me to the hotel building downstairs. You need to use your key card to operate the elevator. Most guests are short-term travelers, so safety is paramount.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming; they even gave our child a fan with unique Hangzhou characteristics. The cleaning lady also proactively helped us with laundry and delivered it to our room. When we left something behind, they even arranged for it to be couriered to our home. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Hangzhou! Plus, there's a subway station right outside, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's very close to the high-speed rail station, so it's perfect for business travelers too!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. At this price point, many hotels have cramped spaces, but the Hampton's lobby is quite grand, and the decor isn't old-fashioned; it's very new. The breakfast is abundant, and it offers great value for money. The service was excellent! The location is very close to the train station and not far from the core area of Gongshu District. A minor incident: the bottom edge of the bed was a bit high off the floor. When I got out of bed, my foot landed close to the bed frame, and when I stood up, I cut my heel. I hope they can improve this. Also, the hairdryer was too old-fashioned.

I always trust Atour's hygiene, and this time I specifically checked the nooks and crannies. Everything was clean, even under the nightstands and behind the toilet. The sheets had a faint, pleasant laundry detergent scent, not that overpowering artificial fragrance. The shower water pressure was excellent, making for a really refreshing wash.

The hotel environment is quiet and clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and responsive. It offers great value for money, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
