This is great hotel to stay. The size if the room is pretty well and close to the shopping mall and nearby other shops.

The hotel is really great also the staff as well. The room is really worth for the price the layout the bed everything really do make me satisfied booking this hotel!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with most amenities supplied. The room was clean, and the room serviced daily, however the floor was not cleaned daily. The kitchen had a cooktop and fridge, however there were no cooking utensils or plates. The bed was comfortable and good firm pillows. We could access the pool at the nearby sports centre with vouchers from the hotel, but we did not use it. However our son who uses the gym told us that it is a lovely pool. There are convenience shops all around the hotel and the shopping centre with food court is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is good with good variety. They have a coffee machine, however they do not have tea or hot water, which was something I missed with my breakfast. We will stay at this hotel again.

It is a good facility, like service apartment, good value for money. Will be happy to come back.

Good location. Front office was bit slow maybe due to language Barrier. It was a nightmare to get the WiFi sorted out as they want even the laptop to be given to them to set it up. Rooms are spacious and clean

I appreciate Mr. Jack's assistance in English, who made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was really nice, spacious and clean, also the breakfast was great, a variety of dishes were served. It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel.

The parking lot is behind the building and not easy to find. After parking on the second floor below ground as instructed, the elevator was broken. And the swimming pool mentioned in some reviews is only free for guests to use in summer. The most outrageous thing is that the hair dryer in the room sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The soundproofing of the room is not good either. I can only say that everyone should be cautious.

The room is big, the reception is on the 3rd floor. The hotel is probably old, there are some cigarette burns on the floor, the hotel has many functions, induction cooker, sink, but there is a little smell when the wardrobe is opened

Overall it's a good hotel in the community, cleanliness is acceptable, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is powerful (powerful but not noisy), breakfast is very cheap at 28 yuan per person, and it's a bit troublesome to pick up takeout (you have to go to the express cabinet to pick it up yourself).
