環境很好，停車尤其方便。設施很新，床品乾淨又舒適。服務很熱情，離店後的電話回訪很用心。入住體驗很好，以後還會再來這裏。

I thought it wouldn't be too bad with a five-star rating, but after checking in, I found all kinds of complaints. Let me start with the advantages: there is a clothes care machine that can sterilize and dry clothes, which is pretty good. There is also a sauna in the bathroom. The executive room is not too low, the toilet is smart, the front desk service is quite satisfactory, there is a subway and a shopping mall near the hotel, which is convenient for travel and parking at the door. The breakfast has everything you need, but it's not particularly delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is the Lanzhou ramen, which is really made by a Xinjiang guy and tastes good. Next are the shortcomings: the guy who sent the welcome fruit had a perfunctory tone, no enthusiasm and no smile, the room was not clean, there was dust everywhere, the floor was very dirty, the toilet was not cleaned and there were feces, there was no place to throw used towels, etc., so I had to throw them on the floor, and when I pulled up the bathroom door, I found two "happiness" characters on the door. I guess this room was used for a wedding, which means the waiter did not clean it seriously, the wash basin drained very slowly, there was no place to put the soap, so I had to put it on the outer packaging, the hair dryer was from Feike, and it felt very plastic, and a five-star hotel with this hair dryer was also self-lowering, especially the executive room, the best room in the hotel, the toiletries were in large bottles, and there was something else to complain about! The water temperature in the shower room was really speechless! At first, no matter which direction I turned it, it was extremely hot water! I once suspected that it was broken, and then I didn't let the children wash it because it was really too hot and adults couldn't stand it! Later I thought about trying it again, and it wasn't hot this time, but I caught a cold while washing! And the distance between the shower room and the bathtub was very narrow. Also, the charger took half an hour to be delivered. I called the front desk and they said there was only one person on night shift, and maybe it would be slower on other floors because they were higher up? (I don't know if I heard it wrong) I've never seen a hotel with only one person on night shift, and when I returned to the hotel at night, the receptionist at the door was chatting with someone, and when he saw the car coming, he didn't take the initiative to open the door. Overall it was average

I booked the Wyndham Linping Hotel on my way back from Anhui. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the waiter if I could upgrade it. I unexpectedly enjoyed the executive room. Thanks again to the two beautiful ladies at the front desk, Honghong and Tiantian, for their enthusiastic service. The room is equipped with the latest intelligent facilities, and the waiter also thoughtfully brought a disposable bathtub cover. The breakfast is also very good, and the dining environment is elegant. This experience is really great!
