Although is a bit walking distance from metro station, still quite convenient surrounding with food. Customer service is the best I ever experienced in any of my travelling. Staff are friendly, efficient, and treat every guest with exceptional hospitality. Would recommend.

Clean and comfortable to stay with a kid during the golden week. It takes 10-15 minutes to be at the west lake and start exploring. Evreything is simple and functional with a pleasant breakfast room for the morning.

Check in was a little complicated as I think they thought we had just arrived in China! Once this was cleared up we shown to our room. Unfortunately our first room smelt smoky and we were quickly allocated another room and presented with a complimentary fruit box. We enjoyed our stay very, the room had all we needed. On leaving we were presented with a gift for national holiday weekend 🙂

I saw the recommendation from a blogger on Xiaohongshu and hesitated for a long time before booking this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that the difference was too big. The room was very small and it was not worth the price of more than 400 yuan a night. Fortunately, the breakfast in the hotel was not bad. In short, the cost performance was not high!

The service attitude of the hotel front desk was very good. Since we arrived early and there was no suitable room arrangement, the front desk helped us reserve a room and let us store our luggage first and go out for a walk before coming back... We basically traveled by Didi and had never taken the subway, so we were not sure about the distance. It was actually quite far to walk to the West Lake, at least 30 minutes, but Didi was very convenient... The room was very clean, the bed and pillow were comfortable, and in addition to breakfast, there were midnight snacks. Although there were not many varieties of midnight snacks, I felt cared for when I came back after being tired from shopping. It was great!

I took my baby to Hangzhou for a short visit. I chose Atour. The check-in front desk service was very good. When I ordered takeout from the hotel, robots delivered the food to my door, which was very convenient. There was also free parking. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the Hubin business district, which was not far. Although I lived next to the elevator, the elevator was silent and the sound insulation was good. I spent a good weekend there.
