great room, very spacious and comfortable ,on the 12th and last floor with a great view! receptionist was friendly and accommodated our request to have a room not on the main road to avoid the traffic noise given the bank holiday. Room was mostly clean but a little dusty with tv broken which for us didnt matter. Good location just within walking distance from the main attractions in the city.

The hotel is located next to a busy junction which is super noisy from the car horn sound. However, the room and service staffs are very good

Very nice hotel, on the outside of city centre. It was quiet all night through, did not sleep so well for a long time!

Great stay. It’s very comfortable and conveniently located near the scenic areas. The room is very spacious and it even has a private deck that allows you to sit outside and relax.

The hotel was really good. The apartment was nice and the location was quite near to the metro station. One is also able to walk to the west lake, although it might be a little far (about 30 min). The breakfast is a buffet and is really good.

Hotel is in a decent location and not too far from a couple of sites. I bicycled to majority of the places nearby. Hotel had a clean atmosphere and helpful service. Would stay here again.

Good hotel

Thank you for upgrading the concept room for us. The 2-meter bed, the mattress and pillow are all memory type. The room is clean and bright, and the facilities are also new. It can be seen that the store is still carefully arranged. It is really cost-effective to stay during the National Day holiday. Very happy and satisfied, I will consider staying again in the future. (I was still a little surprised after checking in. The facilities are very new and exceeded my expectations. Recommended)

It's been a long time since I came to Hangzhou. This time I had a different new experience. I chose Zhongrui Building after choosing from a lot of hotels based on location and cost-effectiveness. Facilities: The hotel is an old brand with a simple decoration style, which is good overall. Sanitation: The room furnishings, bedding and towels are clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Environment: The hotel is very close to Wan'anqiao subway station and Zhejiang University Second Hospital, about three to five minutes' walk. There are several local snack shops with good taste along the way. Service: During the National Day, we upgraded to a small suite, and there are local snacks and fruits every day, which is great!
