Landison Zhejiang Zhongrui Building Reviews

The hotel was renovated in 2014, but it still feels a bit dated. I was given a room facing the main road, and since it's located near Jianguo Road and Jiefang Road, which are major thoroughfares, and also close to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, it was quite noisy. Especially when emergency vehicle sirens went off at night, it definitely disturbed my sleep. It was March, so there was no air conditioning, and when the temperature rose, the room got very hot. The ventilation system also made a considerable amount of noise. I didn't sleep well at all. The value for money wasn't great.

The Zhongrui Hotel isn't far from both Zhejiang No.1 and No.2 Hospitals. The service attitude is pretty good, and the breakfast is quite nice. The rooms are also comfortable and relatively quiet. It offers good value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. It's also not too far from West Lake.

Very close to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, which was convenient for my check-up the next day. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Overall, everything was very good.

The hotel was excellent. They arranged a spacious penthouse suite for me. While not brand new, it was impeccably maintained and quite quiet. The value for money was excellent. Highly recommend.

The kids really enjoyed it. Free parking is a great bonus, and they also offer late check-out. What's even better is that you can keep your car parked after checking out, which is super helpful since there's no free parking in the vicinity. A taxi ride to Hefang Street is only about 10-odd RMB.

This stay absolutely warrants a negative review. The dust along the edges of the bedside tables was shockingly thick, revealing a blatant disregard for cleanliness and attention to detail. On top of that, the soundproofing was abysmal. I was constantly disturbed by noise, whether it was from the room above or the hallway, leading to me being woken up during both my afternoon rest and again at night. It was a truly unacceptable and disruptive experience.

Whenever I'm in Hangzhou, I almost always choose to stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. With the high temperatures in Hangzhou these past couple of days, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful to cover the front windshields of every car. Big kudos for such thoughtful attention to detail!

The room, though a bit dated, had a very comfortable and cozy layout that my parents absolutely loved. Its close proximity to my home, making it just a short walk from my place, was a huge bonus. Additionally, it was super convenient for breakfast, with plenty of dining options right around the hotel.

Despite being a hotel from 2014, the rooms are very clean and provide a comfortable stay. The location is also extremely convenient, with easy access to both Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station. This is my go-to hotel for every business trip, and it's excellent.

My family was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was great, from the lobby to the rooms and the breakfast, and free parking was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed that the room upgrade I'd redeemed with points seemed to have been overlooked. Additionally, the signage at the noodle station in the breakfast restaurant felt a bit tacky and detracted from the overall quality.
