Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake

I just checked out of the Four Seasons Hotel West Lake Hangzhou last night. I wanted to post a circle of friends to express my feelings about "the beautiful scenery of West Lake with five-star service", but the experience made me want to write this experience into the mine avoidance guide! The price of 6000+ a night, in exchange for a terrible experience comparable to that of a fast hotel 1️⃣ Full score for hardware, "negative score" for service I have to say that the hotel's garden design and lake view room view are absolutely first-class, but the indifference of the service staff is comparable to that of AI robots: • When checking in, the porter was indifferent throughout the whole process, and didn't even ask "whether to store luggage"; when checking out, I offered to help move the luggage to the car, but the other party ignored it and finally loaded it by myself. • Here comes the point: I obviously upgraded the room type and spent more money, but I didn't expect that the "premium service" was only reflected in the number plate on the door. 2️⃣ Upgraded the room type but lived in the "disaster scene" When taking a shower that night, the sewage pipe was blocked, and the whole bathroom instantly turned into a water park! The hotel urgently sent someone to clear the problem at around 9:00 pm. What’s even more outrageous is that there was only a verbal apology throughout the whole process. No one even said “I’m sorry to bother you with your rest”, let alone compensation measures! The most ironic thing is that the hotel brochure says “intimate service” and “24-hour butler”, but the employees actually encountered either pretended to be deaf and dumb or did things perfunctorily. If you can’t even do the most basic luggage handling and room maintenance, how can you talk about “luxury”? Summary: The “IQ tax” hotel by the West Lake If the budget is limited, it’s right to choose it - after all, the scenery is really beautiful; but if you think about “spending a lot of money to buy services” when you take out your wallet, please be sure to take a detour! I have taken screenshots to keep the evidence, and I will not rule out complaining to the cultural and tourism department later. Don’t let tourists like me spend money to buy a belly full of anger!

環境美，老酒店設施維護的不錯。黃銅經理人帥，服務熱情。金沙廳菜品沒有我想像中的好。

四季的服務很貼心，我們到的當天由於拍照有點凍到了，四季酒店立馬準備了薑茶驅寒.很贊

西湖風景區核心位置，花園式酒店；環境、景色無可挑剔；正好梅花盛開，花園美不勝收；服務也很好。個人以為，房間雖大，但隔斷太多，反而變小了，也不通透……
