The hotel is near to the metro station, and is very quite. But the entire outlook of hotel is nothing like the video shown, so don’t be fooled by the promotion video. For the hotel facilities, although it is told that the hotel has a gym room and laundry room, actually there is only 3 exercise machines( running trail, cycling) and 2 washing machines, both in the same room. The check in procedure is a bit slow and there is no views outside of the window, only a plant which is dying. The hotel is completely overrated, the sound proofing is so bad that I can hear upstairs flushing toilet and next door chatting, people shutting their doors.

The hotel was a lovely place. We quite liked the restaurant which was pleasing to the eye. Their afternoon tea could improve. Otherwise I think it was value for money. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed here for a few nights and was very impressed! The rooms are gorgeous, clean and the staff are friendly.

The rooms are very massive which was a huge bonus for my family of four. It was also very nice that they came with afternoon tea breakfast . There was an ample amount of food at breakfast--we did not leave hungry. The location is convenient because the subway is a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was what we needed for our purpose to our visit in Hangzhou. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but I’ve heard that it’s very Chinese and not so much Western food available.

The hotel is not big, but the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the service is good, there is afternoon tea, and it is close to the West Lake, just a taxi ride away. I will book this hotel again next time I go to Hangzhou.

The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style. Some refreshments are provided downstairs, which is quite convenient. The location is good and there are many places to eat around. It is a little distance from the subway entrance and you can walk for a while.

Last year, I stayed at Hanting Hotel near the subway. I felt that the room was too small for this price. This year, I found this Lanka, which looked good from the photos. The actual check-in was not as new as in the photos. The hotel used wood-grain tiles and was decorated for 8 years. The maintenance was still good. This price is still OK. The front desk here does not require guests to give a full 5-point review indicator, so I scored according to my real feelings. Advantages: 1. The room is very large and I am very satisfied 2. The surrounding environment is very quiet, very close to Zhejiang University and Xixi Road. If it is not so hot, you can go to Xixi Road for a walk, which is still very comfortable. 3. Cleaning comes at 9 o'clock every morning, and will help you replenish and change some items 4. Although there is no breakfast, afternoon tea for two is provided, with fruits, small cakes, snacks, and coffee. It's OK, because I only eat a few slices of bread for breakfast. 5. The curtains are remote-controlled roller curtains. The curtains cannot be lowered to the bottom when checking in, and a master came to fix it soon. The shading effect is good 6. The air conditioner is also very good, the sound is very quiet, and the wind direction, mode, and time can be adjusted. It is my favorite air conditioner at this price. The TV is Sony, but it is relatively old. 7. The bed is quite comfortable, with two pillows and some cushions. It is equipped with the same facilities as some standard rooms in four- and five-star hotels Disadvantages: 1. The wifi is too bad. I couldn’t receive the verification code for half an hour using the mobile number until I used the electric signal, and it was very stuck 2. The bathroom door is not locked, and the wall between the bathroom and the bed is separated by blinds. Fortunately, the blinds are invisible 3. The facilities are relatively old, but not much different from some old four-star facilities. Another child said that the bed is a bit short. The waiter said that the bed is two meters long. The child is 1.8 meters tall and lies straight with his feet outside 😀 4. The refrigerator is not very cold because it is old, but it can be used. I put water in it and made lemon black tea. 5. There are relatively few varieties of breakfast, only slices of bread, and the restaurant is quite large.

The family room is very convenient and suitable for a family of four. The hygiene and facilities are satisfactory. The hotel is in a yard with free parking, which is very convenient. It is not far from the West Lake and you can take a taxi there. There are bakeries and several restaurants nearby, and it is not far from the subway entrance.
