The service provided by the hotel front desk is warm & friendly with an excellent checkin experience and a great environment. It is worth recommending. We checked very late night. Especially Front Desk Executive Ms.Song attended well at late night and our checkin was very easy.

This hotel is directly next to XiaoShan airport but to go out from airport area and arrive to hotel you need only 15 minutes by car. Rooms are very big and super clean. Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort.

Nice hotel, very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you have an early flight. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. It’s noisy because the hotel is very close to the airport.

Satisfied with my stay, was a short trip, so didn’t expect much of the room

It was a pleasant stay . Mattress was super comfortable, friendly staffs . Good location as well.

Price was cheap enough to accept the cigaret smell in the room. The hotel can be better if they can get rid of the cigaret smell or separate the non-smoking room.

Good for a stay before catching morning flight

Facilities: The room is very spacious and bright. There is a lot of space for activities. The whole house has smart system furniture, which is very new. Environment: There is a pick-up and drop-off service. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi to the nearest subway station. The sound insulation outside is OK, and you can hardly hear the planes taking off and landing. There are earplugs. But the internal sound insulation is a bit poor. I live in the first room at the elevator entrance, and I can hear people talking in the corridor in the morning. Hygiene: It is very clean overall. The toilet can be more detailed. There is a dirty clothes basket, and the washing machine in the laundry room downstairs is also very clean. The dryer is a bit difficult to dry, but it’s not a big problem. Service: The front desk is very responsible and asks me for my ID every time I go in and out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and must be praised. The breakfast tastes good.

Terrible. On the evening of the 11th, the blonde girl at the front desk had a very bad attitude, a scowl on her face, and spoke stiffly. The other one was okay. She did her job by delivering quilts and slippers. The room was average. It is 14 kilometers away from the airport, not 4 kilometers as described in the introduction. The breakfast auntie also had a scowl on her face, as did the front desk auntie. Every staff member I met was like that. There was basically no greeting or smile. Everyone had a long face. The cleaning auntie at the back of the lobby had a very good attitude, but her service was not even as good as that of a cleaning auntie. In addition, there was hair in the sanitary room. My companion had an allergic reaction, and his back and arms were red and swollen. You can see how bad the hygiene is. I came here for the brand name. It must be a pirated product.
