Lovely stay with friendly, helpful staff.

Beautiful location on a hill in the middle of the tea fields, the retreat has a great location overlooking Longjing village and access to walking trails. Room is very beautiful and spacious. Bonus points to resident dog Xiao-huang who would accompany you on walks up the hill. Remember to contact the hotel beforehand so they can help you with luggage up the steps when you arrive (you do need to walk quite a lot of steps up to the hotel!).

This place is perfect. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the staff went above and beyond. Perfectly clean. Wonderful place to wake up.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the middle of the tea plantation. It's quite easy to explore the plantation area and we had a beautiful view right outside of our windows. The staff were very accomodating and helpful even if they have limited English skills. As the hotel is situated on a hill, it's advisable not to bring a trolley. The hotel is located around 100m up the hill.

We came for 1 night and the hotel is lovely and well design ! In the middle of the mountain … you have beautiful view of tea plantations ! Staff is very friendly and supportive as we are foreigner! Food is delicious …. Breakfast amazing ! We will come back for sure !

The natural environment is very pleasant, suitable for staying for a few more days, the service is also very good, the brothers, sisters and aunts are very warm and hospitable, I regretted booking for one night, the children also like this place very much, it is halfway up the mountain, quiet, and the same check-in point as Kunling is also super photogenic 🤳

The environment is really good. It is the only small house on the mountain. There are two floors of small platforms in the store where you can enjoy the view, eat and relax. It is great. The rooms on the first floor cannot see the tea mountain, but they have their own small courtyard for rest. The facilities in the room are quite complete, except that the air-conditioning temperature sensor seems to be not very effective (set to 24℃ and woke up by the cold), everything else is OK, and the layout is relatively new. A small fruit plate will be given, and disposable bath belts, bath balls and flower petals are provided. The hygiene is also good! There is no sign at the front desk, so it is not easy to find. The breakfast is ordinary, with few items and average taste. The service is what really affects the experience. The service is almost non-existent. I saw 4 staff in total, 2 of them were very indifferent. I don’t know why. The guests seemed like old country bumpkins who came to visit their mansion. They were not welcome at all… If you put the takeaway at the front desk, they will not help deliver it to the door of the room. If you ask them to help pick you up from the mountain, you need to have a good reason + be very polite + earnest. It’s good enough if you don’t have a bad face when communicating. Don’t expect them to be warm and friendly and use honorifics… Friends who are going to go, just enjoy the beautiful scenery and lower your expectations for the service~

I went to relax with my friends in July and said we would live in a different mountain, so I didn't stay at Xizaishanshe this year. It has a different style and you have to climb a small mountain road. It's quiet, but takeout can also be delivered. I ate at the hotel restaurant at noon. The impression was okay. The dog was cute. It was a hard-working business🐶 In the morning, when it was not too hot, I went out to climb a section. It should be impossible to climb over the Faxi Temple. I was still a little nervous to walk into the woods (I was afraid of wild snakes or insects). Overall, it's a good place to relax!

Very satisfactory hotel experience, good location, good service, good environment, everything is good. The front desk lady is very considerate and considerate of the guests. She enthusiastically shares her own climbing experience and finds trekking poles for the guests. Fruits are provided in the morning and evening, and the breakfast is also very organic and nutritious. I plan to recommend it to my friends.

The room is clean and has a bathtub for bathing. It is very comfortable to eat fruit while bathing! Two cups of Longjing tea are served as welcome drinks upon check-in It was very quiet at night. It was very nice to get up in the morning to see the tea garden and be in it👍
