Everything was nice and cozy but only staff cant speak any English at all even the word check out they didnt understand. So I deducted one star out of five from service part.

Hotel is very handy for walking/cycling promenades up and down the river bank. Room on floor 24 gave a fabulous view of the area. Room and restaurant (breakfast) were great. Not central for shops.

Kind staff, clean rooms, breakfast was good, includes laundry rooms.

Orange hotel is always a good choise. Well located. Good stay for the entire family.

The hotel is located in a creative park transformed from an old town, right next to the Beisi Pagoda. It is very convenient to call a taxi and is a 20-minute walk from Suzhou Station. The price is a bit expensive on weekends. The room is large and antique. I like the layout of the lobby the most. It is very grand.

The environment is nice, the service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the Internet is safe and fast.

The room accommodation facilities, hygiene and experience are beyond my expectations. Orange Crystal is definitely the first choice for travel!

The room is well-equipped and has convenient transportation. There is a small children's play area downstairs. It is an 8-minute walk from the Provincial Children's Health Riverside Center and there are many delicious foods around.

The lady was very enthusiastic and the service was very thoughtful. She also helped me find my glasses. The hotel environment is also better than some hotels of the same price in the city center. I will stay there next time.

The location is very good, right next to Powerlong City, and there is Bawang Tea Ji downstairs. The guys and girls in the lobby are very cute and have a very good attitude! ! !
