The room is consistent with the picture, very clean, and you can stay at ease. The hotel is in Happy City, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The sound insulation is good, the hot water is fast, and I slept very peacefully all night. There is Hema downstairs. I will choose this hotel next time

I went to Hangzhou on a business trip. It was the peak tourist season in the spring in Jiangnan. With the general increase in accommodation prices, this hotel is very cost-effective. It is not far from the subway entrance, and the transportation is relatively convenient. The breakfast is also OK, with everything you need. The freshly cooked noodles taste good. It would be even better if coffee could be added. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is quite nice, the hygiene is also ok, and the scenery outside the window is very good.

I was fortunate to stay at this Starway on my recent trip. I was impressed with this stay and I wanted to share my feelings. First, the location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and the main attractions, so that I can easily explore the local culture and scenery. Second, the hotel rooms are well equipped, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, so that I have a full rest during my tired journey. Apart from that, the service at the hotel was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and always willing to help and advise. The breakfast was varied every morning and met my needs for different tastes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the stay at the Starway Hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend this hotel. I am sure you will enjoy the services and facilities here as much as I do.

Xiaoshan Airport/Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center
Stayed one night during transit at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. The hotel is 3 subway stops away from the airport and about 10 minutes walk from the subway exit. The room is newly decorated. The room I stayed in faces the street, so there is a little noise at night, but my sleep quality is not affected. I would like to thank the lady in the restaurant. Because I was catching an early flight, I went downstairs at 6 o'clock and wanted to pack a breakfast (breakfast starts at 6:30). The lady packed fried dough sticks, fried meat, yogurt and pickles for me without all the food. Before leaving, she asked me if it was enough. Through a few words with the lady, I felt that she is a warm-hearted person who brings warmth to everyone on the road. Next time I have a chance to go to Hangzhou again, I will go to Starway Hotel again for the lady!
