Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!
