Good apartments in a great location. Very quiet and well-equipped with a comfy bed, washing machine, desk, and kitchen. There are plenty of hangers and a drying rack.The only downside was the balcony view (it was just a wall). However, the staff is very friendly and responds quickly. They also let us leave our luggage after check-out, which was a huge plus!

We specifically looked for a place near LOTTE MALL for some shopping. We arrived late at night, and the self-check-in was super convenient! The room is large and cozy, with a kitchen, bathroom, a big TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other amenities. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a small balcony, and even a washing machine. They let us check out a couple of hours later since we arrived so late. If we're ever in Hanoi again, we'll definitely be back!

The place itself is not bad. The location is a bit strange and quite far from everything, but honestly, that’s not even the main issue. What really upset us was the check-in situation. We arrived on a sleeping bus after not sleeping the entire night. Before our arrival, the hotel messaged us asking what time we would come and said they would settle us in. I clearly told them we would arrive early in the morning. They replied: “Okay, no problem.” So we arrived early, exhausted, barely functioning and the receptionist immediately told us to leave and come back at 14:00. No apologies, no attempt to help, nothing. Just “go walk around.” After traveling all night, this was the last thing we expected especially after they had already confirmed early arrival wouldn’t be an issue. If early check-in isn’t available, just say so. Don’t promise something and then pretend the conversation never happened. The hotel is fine, but the attitude and lack of basic consideration really ruined the first impression.

I like the place the place very much, clean and it has a almost complete kitchen for short stay. The only thing was one of the room TV is not functioning well and there is no wall plug at desk so I have to remove the cable from the microwave to temporarily work. Overall, the surrounding is good and there is a mini mart below to ease your empty stomach. Took about 80K dong to grab one way to old quarter, depending on timing.

It was one of the peaceful and calm places. Everything was great Càm ón!)

The accommodation is very accommodating.

The location is nearby lotte mall, lots of coffee shop nearby. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful they let me check in 1 hour earlier. The room as facilities to cook and wash. Its also quite at night you can sleep well.

This place was so quaint, I did not get a chance to experience the area because I arrived late. But let me tell you, after a long 12 hour excursion the beautifully decorated place was really welcoming, not to mention the incredible comfort of the bed and sheet. I just melted into the bed and slept peacefully. My only regret is that I didn’t get more time there to enjoy all there was to offer. I highly recommend this place!

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, making my stay enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
