The hotel location is central in Hanoi Old Towns with plenty of restaurants, tour offices and shoppings. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staffs are courteous and helpful at all time. We had an excellent experience in Hanoi.

The hotel is located very close to the center of Hanoi city and you can enjoy the culinary delights directly in front of the hotel itself and in the old quarter

The front desk person was kind. It's right in the middle of the downtown area, so the music in the bar was very loud.

It's a very ordinary hotel. The attitude of the service staff is pretty good.

> The location of the hotel is a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem lake, very convenient Many international tourists live in the annex, and there are bars, restaurants, shopping and massage shops. > The sanitation of the room is not good, the shower curtain and the sink are dirty; sorry for the price we paid; the breakfast is also simple, more powder soup or bread eggs > In addition, the facilities in the room are relatively old, and the whole room has a musty smell; I coughed all night because of this (because I checked in in the early morning, I didn't change the room)

Can't take a shower Water pressure/refrigerator broken Overall, it was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Trip.com never recommends this hotel.

It is not actually 3 or 4 star, AC was broken, bathroom door doesn't lock, the room was sticky, Bed linens were not changed when we entered room. On complain they said the room can't be changed. Place is noisy, you can't sleep if you are not tired.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Pros: - Centrally located Cons: - Rooms are tiny. - Hotel staff not outright rude but extremely unhelpful. - Next to many night clubs and karaoke bars. Walls are thin and you can hear and feel the vibration from the music blasting everywhere. - Electrical wiring is dangerous. Breaker box in the shower! - Filthy. Towels and sheets were all stained and ripped. Walls all blemished by brown patches of water damage. - Rooms smell musty, moldy, smoky, and masked by strong perfume spray. - Expensive for what you get! For 70% of the price of a 2-bed room, we got a newly remodeled, large hotel suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all modern amenities. - Breakfast buffet is abysmal. - On weekend nights, the streets around there turn into walking streets and closed to motorized vehicles. If you are arriving at night, you’ll have to walk several blocks with your luggage. We had an acquaintance help us book a room and they booked us 2 rooms at this hotel, thinking that it’s centrally located but did not know its condition. Both rooms on 1st floor. We arrived to find that one room had significant water damage (with yellow standing water) and the other room shares a wall with a nightclub/bar. My sister’s family decided to stay, but we have 3 young kids and they could not sleep with the loud music. The staff gave us a lot of grief for breaking the contracted stays. Rooms were over $1.2M. We ended up still paying for the night even though we left within the hour.

We never like to leave negative reviews and always try to resolve issues directly first. However all we can say to anyone thinking of staying here is to go elsewhere. Our hotel room shared a wall with the next door night club. From 9pm sleep is simple not an option even with ear plugs. The music is that loud that the bass shakes the bed. We relocated elsewhere at our own expense and the hotel offered no compensation. All they stated is the hotel room is noisy. We wish we had checked the other Google reviews prior to booking through *********** as this is a common theme. Avoid this hotel and read the other reviews to confirm our experience will happen to you!

We were upgraded to a superior room. It has a very small window, actually the room is decent. The bathroom is ok but it has a leak at the sink. Definitely i will come back to this hotel. Why? The service is amazing. Breakfast is good. The concierge is so approachable. The location is in the heart of Old Quarter...we are in the beer district. A lot of bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops. Just request for a room at the back because its quite noisy at night.

Hotel is next door to multiple nightclubs and bars. The walls and windows were so thin you may as well have been trying to sleep on the dancefloor of one of those establishments. Overall, the room was not well maintained and the cleanliness was below average. Would not recommend staying here.

Booked a superior room and upon being shown the room it was nothing like the photos. The manager explained he simply cannot take a photo of all the rooms even though there were only 3 types of room to photograph. Unwillingly upgraded us but made us feel we were at fault. No hot water. Very unclean and lots of hairs in the bathroom. Plugs with wires hanging out everywhere. Electrical unit in shower completely open. At about 2am we were awoken by a loud bang and bright light to which we realised the Air Con had set on fire. Sparks flying all over our room, bags, bed, etc. You could see and hear it continuously almost blowing up, and we could literally see the fire inside of it. The room was full of smoke. We immediately went to tell the staff and a couple of them were really helpful and lovely however the manager came to check it out and did not even apologise he just gave us a new room key which was directly opposite. We had no sleep the rest of the night due to being a little shook up and also due to the continuous loud noise/music from the street that never seemed to come to an end. In the morning I went downstairs the manager greeted me with a smile and asked how I was. No apology or signs of concern, just spoke to me like any other guest. We complained about the obvious events to which we were shouted at by the manager and receptionist on duty. The female receptionist became very aggressive, screaming & shouting, getting very close to us/in our face, punching her hands out of anger and just genuinely making us feel very uncomfortable. They said we should have complained sooner.. (we had, multiple times about multiple other things). Still no apologies for almost setting our room on fire and no sight of any form of discount or any good gesture. They were shouting non-stop and even attempted to lock us in the hotel until we paid full price. We eventually were able to pay 50% of the bill but it wasn’t even worth that price without our room almost burning down. Other than a handful of helpful, nice staff.. there was nothing good about that hotel at all. Would never return and would not recommend it to anybody. A brilliant first day of our trip to Vietnam.

I booked 2 single rooms for my friends for 2 nights 29-30 Oct 22, fully paid in advance. They checked in late almost mid-night for the first night, and the receptionist told them to share 1 twin room, because the hotel "upgraded" for them, and because the hotel was already full. The next day, the boss came and gave apologises, but also gave options to move to 2 single rooms as booking or keep staying in "upgraded room" as he said "if you're happy". No good explanation why the first night was messed up and why not dealing your mistake by automatically follow the booking, but used clients' friendliness to cover up. At end, no refund, just understanding they did a favor to "upgrading your room, 2 into 1". The very bad hotel to avoid in Hanoi.
