I was very satisfied with the front desk service, the facilities, the size and cleanliness of the rooms, etc.
I was also pleased with the friendly service they provided with currency exchange in Chinese yuan and airport transfers.
I would like to use their services again if I have the opportunity.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is friendly, the breakfast is hot bread slices, eggs, bananas, hot tea, which is okay, the equipment is relatively new, and the overall experience is good. I would like to give you 2 suggestions. First, you can provide a bathtub for an additional fee for better relaxation. Second, the balcony should be improved to make the quality better. The hotel doesn’t have facilities like parking, restaurant, and swimming pool. We can’t find any food to eat. Not recommended.

Changing flights was difficult (in summary, I had to sleep here for one night, so I stayed at this hotel. It's a three-star hotel, a family business. The service was considered good. I wanted to taste Vietnamese food. The hotel owner's son took me on a motorbike to go out to eat.) Thank you. There are 3 types of Japanese characters, and 3 Japanese characters are available. The content of the Japanese version is the same as the original version. I'm very impressed.
