Conveniently located. Close to a lot of Hanoi famous sites and also to the bus stop going to the airport. Downside is that they don’t change the sheets (5 night stay)

I'm glad it's a convenient place to go from Hanoi Station. There was an air conditioner, but there was no heater, so I ordered a heater and was given one.

Good room, clean, beautifully organized. The room is on the 5th floor. If I remember correctly, walking up there is quite tiring😅 We were informed that we arrived at 9:00 p.m. and the plane was delayed for 1 hour before reaching our accommodation5. I thought I was going to be abandoned but he was waiting for us. Thank you very much. There are many delicious restaurants in the side alley.

Good location near convenience stores, restaurants, sightseeing, and Hanoi Station. The hotel name is clearly displayed on Google Maps. There was no window in the room, but it was comfortable. The flight departs from around 6am to Noi Bai Airport in the early morning. When I went to the front desk at 5:40 to catch the bus, two staff members were waiting next to me. As soon as they noticed me, they unlocked the front door and I was able to check out. Bus stop number 86 in front of Hanoi Station. It was a good stay, just a few minutes walk away.

Because the hotel was slow in receiving bookings, when we arrived at the hotel to check in, there were no available rooms. We were assisted in moving to another nearby hotel but the experience was not good..

Choose a place to stay for 5-6 hours to go to Sapa. However, the owner overbooked us, so we couldn't stay at the hotel we booked. So, they guided me to another accommodation, but that was only possible after 2 hours. It was a little further away than the train station, and I could only stay at a place like an inn for two hours... The bathroom is also shared. The hotel is quite conveniently located. There are places to eat nearby, various cafes and small shops. The room is small, relatively clean, but sometimes they forget to clean it and have to be reminded.
