Very good room and price and service.

Very good stay. Staff friendly room clean good location too.

3rd stay during this trip. Not such a big fan of the room layouts for bigger apartments and executive suites. Completely non-sensical layout with the bathroom on the other end of the bedroom or right next to it, but no direct door into it. The hotel though is great for value. Stay in the Superior bedroom studio if available Definitely recommend it. Discovered Bloom Classic, also by same owner and it's slightly better with most deals including breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, very clean and the price is reasonable. I will come back if I have a business trip in Hanoi.

Overall good, just didn't use their kitchen (which looked nice). There is no washing machine in the room this time, which is a pity. The same room type had a washing machine when I checked in last time.

The hotel is in a very remote location, it's hard to find and there are no restaurants around. The room service knocked on the door at 8:30. It was the first time I encountered this. It was a very bad stay experience. I will never go there again.

There are local restaurants in front of the accommodation, and you can get banh mi and noodles, etc. A supermarket is not far away. Good..
