Tour schedule: Pick up at 6:30 AM, drop off at 8 PM, so I was just going to sleep, so I hurriedly grabbed the closest one to the market… Please make sure to check the reviews… Just sleeping? Except for being close to the market, it was the worst of the worst… The information said there was a safe, conditioner, and water, but none of them were there. I often use the safe, so the information said there was a safe, but when I asked to change rooms, they got annoyed, so I asked to change the room date, and they refused. When I asked Trip.com customer service, a woman who seemed to be an affiliated company employee and a manager came and yelled at me and got annoyed. (My elderly mother was next to me) They got annoyed in return, saying that air conditioning, a bed, shampoo, and body wash were enough, and they didn’t provide any service, and they treated me like a criminal. I got annoyed for about an hour and a half, and then Trip.com yelled at me to stop calling them, threw 2 bottles of water at me, and left. It looks like they cleaned up what you can see, but it’s really dirty… Please refer to the photos. For reference, the filter looks like this after showering twice… I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night due to hotel issues. They absolutely would not cancel the 2nd night. I think I need to change the information first. They are not at ease with false information… This is the worst accommodation during my 3-month trip to Vietnam. I went there after seeing the hotel name, but it was not a hotel, but a hostel. The elevator is on the 2nd floor, so I have to walk up. 1. The manager has the worst personality and service spirit -100 2. There is an elevator on the 2nd floor 3. It is hard to see the desk manager's face (the worst security) 4. The door opens if you put a card in the gap 5. Lots of spider webs 6. No windows, just a pattern?? Is that a window too? You can't see outside 7. There is no lens on the door, there is a hole and it is blocked with toilet paper 8. The carpet in front of the bathroom is rotten 9. The bathroom shoes are moldy and full of stains 10. The bathtub is full of stains 11. The spider webs are not properly cleaned 12. There is no welcome drink or anything. 13. The bathroom has some kind of wire tape sticking out 14. The bedding is dirty, you can't see it well in the picture... There are hairs and stains 15. The water quality seems to be the worst of the worst in Hanoi... Clumps of dirt slosh You'll regret coming here just to sleep It seems worse than a guesthouse... This is a review to save you.

Since I was traveling alone, the accommodation fee was not negligible It was inconvenient to stay in a dormitory, it was noisy, and it was a bit inconvenient to use the bathroom, but here, I could stay alone freely and comfortably, which was really nice. The cost-effectiveness was the best, and above all, it was near Hoan Kiem Lake, so there were many things to see while walking and shopping...

If you just want to get a decent night's sleep, this place is good because of the location and the hot water pressure in the shower. If you are concerned about cleanliness, I don't recommend it.

The hotel is good, suitable for my needs, fully equipped, I am very satisfied.

We stayed with four people and slept comfortably. The price was reasonable and the facilities were well-equipped, including Wi-Fi and a hair dryer.

The staff is friendly and it's close to the night market.

The location is okay, the room is average, and there is no reception from the waiter. Sometimes at night, the noise from the elevator is so loud that you wake up and think it is thunder or a large truck passing by. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted and can only be adjusted by the ceiling. Cool, my opinion is not to recommend friends to stay here.

The facilities are a bit old, but not too inconvenient, and although it's on the side of the road, it's not dirty. I just hope you can use the accommodation at a reasonable price.
