Great location. It is close to Vincom, so it is convenient for restaurants and shopping. The bedding was in good condition and I contacted the manager through Jaro, but he was kind and dealt with the unexpected situation well. But the furniture and switch are a little old. Water is provided with a refill water purifier instead of a bottle of mineral water, but even if you press cold water, warm water comes out and the water tastes not good. The location is good, I am willing to use it again, and I will buy bottled water and go in.

There are a total of forty-seven hotel rooms. Designer Bill Bensley has integrated opera elements into every detail of the hotel. The corner of the performance area on the first floor separates the open bar from the stage, and the backstage is an all-day restaurant. Overall, it is a medium-sized hotel. It is stunning at first glance. The service details are in line with the price. The selection of spare parts is also in large bottles, which is quite satisfactory. The non-alcoholic mini bar is free and refilled every day. The living room has free afternoon tea, free wine of all kinds in the evening, and all-inclusive snacks. It is worth it from a cost-effective perspective. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. After turning down the bed, It comes with an eye mask and a small gift, and the data cable will be buckled with a leather buckle for you, and the small details are still full. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. The price is relatively expensive (basic evening set is 5,500,000/person and 8,500,000/person). Thanks to the Japanese uncle chef, he was really handsome. Breakfast at Capella Hanoi is the all-day dining restaurant Backstage next to the lobby bar on the first floor. The Backstage restaurant restores the elements of the opera house to the greatest extent, creating a transparent and gorgeous golden hall, decorated with opera costumes, the flowers are yellow phalaenopsis, and the menu is “Diva’s menu”. Breakfast at Capella never disappoints, almost all are a la carte, and the a la carte menu is simply dazzling. The first page is the Vietnamese specialty Pho, which was rated as the top three Pho food in Hanoi by our guide. There are other traditional delicacies such as baguette sandwiches. In terms of Western style, the breakfast includes fresh oysters imported from France and smoked salmon waffles, which are full of sincerity. The various eggs, especially the eggs Benedict, are superbly made, and the crepes and waffles are also delicious. The chef is well-known in Vietnam. He can already eat very nice food in the hotel without leaving home. This trip has been very satisfying.

First class service and excellent facilities. The bar has amazing view and with great atmosphere with the live DJ. Food is excellent as well during breakfast, lunch and snacks at the bar.

Thanks for the amazing experience at La Mandarina Hotel. The hotel owner and the staffs are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. When I was there exploring the Old Quarters, they even told me the places to eat and took pictures for me. Really recommend everyone to go there to spend the night. I will come back here when I have another chance to visit Hanoi!

I stayed in this great apartment for 4 nights, everything was perfect, we were supported to check in 2 hours earlier than usual, the staff were lovely and even though they didn't understand Chinese they googled the epidemic. The bed sheets are very fragrant, the bed is big and soft, and I don't have backache when I get up. The all-in-one washer and dryer is very convenient for these drizzly days in Hanoi and we couldn't be happier.

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

Here's how I feel about this apartment: 1. I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon, but the floor was still a little damp. Maybe they had just finished cleaning it when we arrived, and there was a light fragrance on the floor. 2. The living room is spacious, but the sofa shows signs of cracking and the seams are loose. The homeowner must reinforce it to prevent the threads from rotting when guests sit. The TV doesn't have Netflix, which I think is something the homeowners really have to add since many business clients like me need a space to watch movies to relax in the evening. 3. The balcony is equipped with tables and chairs and overlooks the city view. I often smoke in this place, but the chairs are wooden and not very comfortable. 4. The bedroom is a bit small and the bed is very soft. But I don't like the mattress here. It's a bit soft. Don't lie down for too long as it can easily hurt your back. There is a table in the bedroom and the room is large, which is more convenient. 5. The bathroom is clean and equipped with 2 large towels for use. 6. The host is friendly and funny.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Hanoi Media Hotel & Spa, in hindsight we wish we had stayed longer. It is a charming hotel, with professional & attentive staff, that are committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful Vietnam experience. After a long flight from Australia, it was a wonderful hotel & room to walk into. The room was larger than we were expecting. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, clean bathroom & good air conditioning. Breakfast is a great selection of both Vietnamese & Western cuisine. The staff will assist you with bookings. We booked hop on hop off city tour, water puppet theatre, cyclo tour & laundry through their services. The on-site spa was amazing. The ladies that work there do a sensational massage! We were travelling with a young child & this was our first hotel in Vietnam. It was a wonderful introduction to Hanoi & in larger part to Vietnam. Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.
