I arrived to check in, there was an ambulance and two police cars in the parking lot. Upon entering the lobby, the manager was engaged in an argument with I presume was a hotel guest. When I registered the service was slow and and not average. I was assigned a room. Upon inspection I was insulted that a dirty disgusting mess was what I received. Returned to lobby to change rooms, assigned to room with no towels and broken furniture. Upon my return to the lobby I was asked if I wanted a refund. Due to a Covid related flight canceled I thought best to try once more. I received a Motel 6 level room that was in an upstairs area undergoing renovations. Building Materials on the second floor. I escaped without any further incidents Buyer Beware!
