We are traveling as a family, so we booked a stay at the Belvedere Donggu Hotel! The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the room temperature is very comfortable. The young lady and brother at the front desk are very attentive and enthusiastic. They answer all questions and help introduce Harbin's tourist attractions and Harbin's customs and culture. The hotel breakfast is also good, especially the freshly cooked noodles, which are super delicious. It certainly lives up to its reputation!

Because we changed our itinerary and arrived in Harbin one day in advance, and the hotel was booked to check in the next day, it was not good to drag our luggage with us, so we contacted the hotel and they stored our luggage for us even without checking in, which solved a big problem. The problem! like! I stayed with my family for three days. I didn't use the hotel's breakfast because there were too many delicacies in Erbin. The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to go to Sofia, Central Street or 731. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, which can meet all kinds of food needs, especially next to Qiulin and Fendou Non-staple Food Market, you can go shopping and search for delicious food when you have nothing to do. The view outside the hotel window is very good, the night view is super beautiful, and if you wake up early, you can also see the sunrise.

The hygiene is very good, it is cleaned every day, but the toiletries are not provided in time. After staying for four days, there was nothing on the first day. I went downstairs and asked for a toothbrush. The next day, a toothbrush, shower cap, comb care package was placed in the bathroom. There was nothing on the third day, and a full set was replenished on the fourth day. Is this replenished every other day? The room is very warm, even if the air conditioner is not turned on, it is very hot. The old house is renovated, the voltage of the socket is unstable, and the power will trip when charging. The air is dry and the room is equipped with a humidifier.

The overall building is a two-story small building, no elevator, a total of more than 30 rooms, although the wall outside is mottled, after entering the door is rare exquisite and elegant, like a small history museum. I arrived early in the morning in the sleeper, the front desk was very warm, and I quickly cleaned up the room and let me check in. The cold winter heart was very warm. The door is a little more diligent, because the door is too heavy, it is best to have someone to help the guests open the door. It is super convenient to take a taxi at the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. This location is the center of old Harbin. It is worth mentioning that the interior decoration is too historical, and a casual shot is a historical blockbuster. The cleaning is very diligent, and every corner is polished. I live in 204, the room is large and comfortable, the hall is wide enough to do gymnastics, the mirror has two sides, the makeup mirror and the full-length mirror are placed just right, and the utilization rate is high. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower's heavy handle was slightly cumbersome, but it was soon to get familiar with it. The water pressure is moderate. The floor drain was slightly reminiscent, but told the waiter to deal with it, and there was no longer a taste. Every day I live here, I feel comfortable, the service staff are active and enthusiastic, the number of people is large, and it is very convenient to be on call. The most worth mentioning is the Volga restaurant on the first floor, no matter how many languages I use, I can't express my love for it. The dishes are too rich! The taste is too delicious! The price is too close to the people! The first thing to get up in the morning is to go straight to the restaurant to start the day with the best experience. Breakfast included in the price! I will stay here in Harbin for this restaurant in the future! Thanks to all the service staff of the hotel! You made me feel worthwhile for the first time in Beijing, and feel at home! 🌷 The plate will be placed in a large box that has been heated, which is so intimate.

This is a budget hotel and I asked for a budget room so my expectations were modest. However, what I received, was below modest from my experience. Room was warm enough and size was tight. Bed was ok but funny round shape. There was no division between bedroom and bathroom which made the shower experience too cold. Also I found a bug in the bathroom (alive). Location was very convenient, but even with that I wouldn’t repeat this hotel.

In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)

Good location (15 minutes walks to Temple of Heaven). The included breakfast was quite good, especially the yoghurt. The accessories given in the room were very cute. The facilities are new and well-maintained. Overall very good experience staying there.

In addition, there are also shopping malls nearby, such as ”Songlei Shopping Mall” and ”Yuanda Shopping Mall”. These shopping malls also have a number of famous chain or specialty foods, such as Wandashan Dairy, Yin Fatty Fried Cake, Micun Bibimbap, and Lao Chujia, Lao Renyi, Shanhe Tun, etc., there are many choices. If you don’t have time to check in at a specific place, going to a shopping mall store may be an efficient choice. Service and hygiene: The hotel service staff are very kind and enthusiastic. They will actively help with any needs I have. The arranged room fully meets my personal needs. The hygiene and equipment in the room are in good condition. I will feel comfortable after staying for a few days. I will come next time Harbin's first choice.

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.
