房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，還可以投屏看電影，附近美食居多，離師大夜市步行15分鐘，民宿大哥服務巨好！樓下超市、桌球廳，網咖也有！

房子在小區裏，比酒店安靜多了，房間也很大，床品都挺乾淨的，老闆人也很好，性價比非常高，晚上住的，着急休息，也沒拍照片，跟圖片一致

房間非常差。設定爛。破破爛爛的感覺。窗簾又臟又醜。221元的價格，不算貴，但是被侮辱了。卧室裏麪還有一個破爛床墊子。卧室的床睡着很不舒服。我在瀋陽也定了民宿，價格100元，親子三人間，床品和床墊子，已經整個設施堪比三星酒店。這個民宿很爛。不曉得攜程怎麼通過的。客服很好，整個溝通很好。但是房間差，設施差，衞生間有異味。給哈爾濱的形象抹黑。

停車不是很方便，門口超市停滿了車，不好找停車地點。
床墊子不好，很不舒服。
窗簾很一般。
設施非常差。床品也不行。整個房間看起來特別廉價。本以為價格便宜，這個條件也忍了。但是我們也定了瀋陽的民宿，比這個還便宜，人家條件好多了。
