Harbin Gesen Jinrui Apartment (Harbin West Station Branch)

The rooms overall when check in is ok, but when you stay you will found many troubles. I booked 4 rooms for 8 people, all has problems, pillows smell, no topper, hard bed, smell in the bathroom, no water, the washer electric is front of the shower - very scare of electric shocked, suddenly cut out the electricity,…My friend can’t sleep at the 1st night - terrify of service, only provide 1 bath tower for 2 guest - also smell really bad, the boil water is dirty, the air conditioner no couldn’t warm the room, it’s-20 degree at night. No reception for check in or direction of floor, we have to go 15F to find the owner then friend of owners took us to 15A, show the room and picky of helping us show problem when we find him. “he said we are not his guest, don’t find him, text the owner only”. Bad moods in the cold weather 😂 and no “sorry” for all of this matter - owner fix next day but seem too late! Still smell and dirty, no refill water,… Not recommended this hotel not worth any of my money!!!!!!

Right beside the Harbin West Station. Just that you need to climb some stairs before getting to the apartment building. There are 5 different restaurants and a small supermarket right below the apartment building, with even one Lan Zhou La Mian (restaurant by Muslims). The room was really big for this price with even a washing machine. Toilet was clean and well functioning. Host was prompt in response and refunding of deposit as well after the stay. Overall very happy with this booking.
