The hotel in Harbin, China was a delightful surprise. The rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and hospitable, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the impressive breakfast spread to the comfortable common areas, the hotel provided a memorable stay in Harbin.

Roomy accommodations, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast included was ok, with not many Western options available, what was not an issue for me but can be an issue for other travelers. Location is relatively far from city centre but nearer to the Ice and Snow Festival venue.

The staff at the counter, restaurant, and cleaning staff are very helpful and friendly. The environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and very appetizing. They are very friendly to children. The room is arranged on a high floor with a good view, especially at night, where you can enjoy the beautiful lights. It is very close to Sunac Mao and Sunac Paradise. It is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The only inconvenience is that it is far from the subway station. If I come to Harbin again, I will choose to stay there again.
