One of the best hotel staybin my Tokypntrip. Lpve the microwave and washing machine in the room!

Excellent room, has many amenities and appliances (oven, washing machine) that I really needed. Bathroom is especially large and staff are very helpful and accommodating. A bit of a walk from the JR ticket exit but very close to the metro gates (marunouchi, fukutoshin). Very close to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Highly recommend staying here

Location was ideal. There is cafes, restaurants and 711 nearby. It is near metro stations. JR station is quite a bit of walk underground. Lumine and Tobu department stores are also nearby. Cleaniness was okay, just that the way the sheets was made was a bit weird to me(there is a thin layer of sheet before the actual blanket). The staff were lovely.

Location and service is very good, room size is not very big but clean.

Near C6 exit from Ikebukuro station. There are lots of shopping mall: Tobu, Lumine, Big Cam… and Many Reétaurants here Hotel is very clean, small room but convenient facilities Staffs are friendly, nice and helpful The only one const is breakfast.

Views are amazinggg; the exterior of the hotel is v pretty too! I really enjoyed my stay; v close to the station and close to underground shopping and eateries aplenty... Will be back! (:

Good location. Near ikebukuro station. Great place. They even have a microwave n washing machine! Very convenient and worth the money.

The location of this hotel is very good. Few min walk from train station that goes everywhere. But what we find funny was how the hotel don’t provide daily house keeping. They only provide limited house keeping with a charge of 1500yen a day. The staff is really nice but they have very very minimal English ability, however they still try their best to answer your questions. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

No daily room cleaning. not comfortable , Not worthy for the money , staffs are good . Washing machine in the room is very useful

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants around. Close to train station is also an excellent point.

Room was good for one person as the one I stayed had a narrow walkway and was difficult to open my luggage (while my friend had a room with wider walkway in her room).Toiletries, pyjamas and detergent for the washing machine and dish detergent were provided. Housekeeping service is limited to daily plenishing of towels and slippers and throwing of the rubbish from the dustbin. Overall, still a nice experience considering the location.
