The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jinjiang Inn Select Suzhou in the industrial park for three nights, and I can confidently say it's a wonderful hotel! The facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with a smile. From the well-appointed rooms to the excellent service, my experience was truly delightful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in China. During my stay from 17/02 to 20/02, the reception and staff were very nice to us. They are also welcoming to foreigners like us. I extended my stay until the 28th. I really enjoyed my stay.

Our trip was wonderful, the reception miss xiaotang and miss lulu were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the other staff, huang anyang that sends us back the money that we left for the tip and she thought that we forgot it.

All receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I give 5 stars. Although the location is a bit far from the city ( around 30 mins by cab ) however the hotel is tranquil . next to the hotel has one starbucks , convenient store , super market and some food store.

Hotel is upgrading to change brand to holiday inn express. Service is good. New room is brighter than old room. Got McDonald's, bubble teas, family mart, food eateries and Starbucks beside the hotel. Quite convenient

The building was being renovated, had to find the back entrance. Deliveries were troublesome, had to leave the hotel to go collect them. After paying on Trip, they wanted me to pay them there and get Trip to refund the money.
