Very clean place. Staff was very helpful in assisting us and guide us on how to visit the locations we want to visit. 10/10 service.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Really provide an excellent service. The room size, design and orientation of the room is great. Even though the location is not in Zhongyang Pedestrian Street but the location is not far from it. A Didi to to Zhongyang Pedestrian Street or Lao DaoWai will cost around RMB10.

The cleanliness was pathetic. Since day one we called the front desk to complain and a worker actually came in to see. But the next day nothing changed, nothing was cleaned. The excuse we received from the front desk male worker was that the cleaning staff were new workers, as if that was a good enough reason. On the third day the room was mopped but the dirty water was emptied into the bathroom sink. You can see the pictures showing the sand and hair left behind. Other pictures show dirt left beside the bed, workers actually repositioned a table to cover up the dirt. The service was also quite pathetic. The lady at the front desk spoke a little English, but was obnoxious and very pushy when it came to booking tickets for the attractions through the hotel. Booking tickets through the hotel is unnecessary because every attraction has a ticket office at the entrance and we realised there were workers to help foreigners at the ticket offices. The location was the only good thing about this hotel, it was convenient to go to the popular attractions via taxi, the distances to each place was not bad and not too expensive in cab/didi fares. Overall I would not stay at this hotel ever again, and I would never suggest it to anyone else. Unfortunately giving them a score of ZERO is not possible on this APP.

the room were clean, comfortable and they have amazing staffs..the service was exceptional with is a big plus..i had a very wonderful experience here.. they were keen to offer great recommendation like transport and local travel agency..any issue with the room also got responded immediately..they re truly amazing

Overall clean room for a smoking room hotel. Location is very good as it is near town area but not crowded area. Service is very good as they are very helpful if you need help with getting anywhere or buying tickets. If you have not planned anything they are more than happy to help you plan and get tickets. Cleaning aunty is very nice but you have to pay for water and tissue if you use them. Overall would recommend to others as service is really good.

Very nice room, nice staff always willing to help you out. The only bad thing is Taxi Driver usually can not recognize the hotel location, you can ask the staff for the actual address to communicate with the driver.

The room is clean and tidy. It is not far from the Chinese Baroque, Central Street, and Sophia Church. It is about ten minutes away. The hotel also provides free breakfast and considerate service.

The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable The front desk service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic You can rest in the front lobby on the first floor, and there is free hot water and coffee.
