The fire alarm went off suddenly during the day, and I hurried downstairs to find that they were testing. A bunch of people were still smiling, and no one came out to apologize. It seemed that it was natural for them to test it. Wouldn't you call the room in advance to see if the line was working? Then the power kept going out, and the call for someone to come to fix it was terribly slow. There was no compensation or apology throughout the whole process.
