Well cared for, comfortable, very clean and especially friendly. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and my wife's birthday - without any warning they brought a gift bag of treats and a card to our room a few minutes later. Very thoughtful!

This is the best place to stay in the Brookings area. Each time I’ve stayed here, my room is absolutely spotless and everything’s goes as planned. It’s in a great location and very well run. Having a kitchen is really nice.

Overpriced room with the worst toppers / mattress I had never slept on. Noisy refrigerator, no disposal, no bottle opener, no salt, no pepper with pans ready for disposal. . Clean room with a nice people but used to better place. I believe next time I will choose Airbnb.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. The staff were extremely friendly. Since it was my son’s birthday the bought him a card and a gift card. When I forgot a shirt, they called me right away to tell me. We will definitely stay there again.

Just got home after 4 nights at Ocean Suites. We usually say "no place like home" when we're done with a trip but not this time. Should have stayed a couple more nights at least. Compared to home, we didn't have to sacrifice anything. Our room had a real refrigerator and stove, full-on bathroom and very comfortable bedding. The awesome staff gave us all kinds of advice for beach visits, sightseeing and places to eat. It was a home run every time.
